Ezekiel is too close to Ezra for my taste.  With Levi I just feel like A) it sounds very country which is fine but just not my taste so I don't care for it and he would deal with a lot of jeans references and jokes.  Also, if it were a nn for something it might be better but as a stand alone name I feel like it might sound odd if he were to become a business man or something (partially I think because to me it either sounds like a little kid or a cowboy).  I think Merit/Merritt is unique and pretty.  Personally I prefer Merritt I think though Merit is easier phonetically.

I was asking to clarify because people make mistakes sometimes when typing things up. 

You don't need to imbue a harmless comment with whatever baggage you have about your daughters name.

I prefer Levi but I think both names are nice. Eli is another nice name that I think is on the same wave length as those two names.

With a sister Ezra I don't think Levi works well honestly and Ezekiel is too close. I don't like Merrit at all but it probably "goes" best
