@cherrybea I shared my story with EmilyE13 and I feel I need to with you as well if you missed my post. I am so sorry for your loss but also thrilled if something was wrong with baby B that you lost baby B early so that baby A can thrive and be fine, which so far so good, praying it continues for you!! I was pregnant with twins and at 10wks miscarried and lost them both. I had an US earlier that morning and they both measured and sounded perfect. They say one could've had issues and because I was so far long it pulled the other one with them. I was able to get one tested and it was perfectly healthy, which of course still kills me that my body didn't hold on to at least one. If something was wrong why couldn't it happen early on so I could've at least held onto one. I'm still dealing with my loss and I kno it's hard, but it's such a blessing that strong baby A is holding on for u and doing great!!! Praying he/she grows stronger everyday with u! I kno u want to be angry with ur body, but be proud of ur body for being able to be strong and keep going!! When you start doing research its actually very common with people having twins that they lose one early on AND its better IF something that terrible happens as it truly gives the other stronger baby a fighting chance. Many go on to have that healthy strong baby!

@cherrybea My heart hurts for you. I felt exactly the same way as you about the loss in terms of a mix of heartbreak, happiness, and fear for Baby A. My solace was thinking of Baby B as Baby A's dedicated guardian angel from here on out.

AFM our ultrasound on Tues showed a heart rate of 176 and measuring a day ahead! I even saw Baby A's little arms in the one good shot they could get (was moving around nonstop). My RE also officially released me to my OB, at which point I burst into tears. So, good news other than me coming down with a bug on Wednesday that has me feeling horrible. Nose is running like a faucet, sneezing, low fever, sinus headache, and swollen glands. Yay for preggo immune systems.
Glad to hear everything is healthy and baby has strong hb @EmilyE13. Sorry about being sick. I was sick in week 5 and it was awful--guess when pg your mucus production is off the charts! Got a Vicks vaporizer which helped and tea with honey and lemon.

AFM: I'm just about physically fully recovered from my surgery. Had a follow up with the surgeon and everything is healing perfectly except the super glue on the incision in my belly button doesn't seem to want to come off so I have to pick at it. Also had a follow up with my RE and my HCG is down to 200 from 11,700 last Thursday so now we are just waiting for my cycle to start up again. I have a trip planned to DC at the end of April so we may have to wait until after we get back.

@emgem819 and @emilye13 thanks ladies. I really hope this is normal. The cramps seem to have stopped, and I don't think I have any more discharge, but it was so light that its hard to tell. I can't tell if it was a tissue like discharge because of the progesterone suppositories so its pretty frustrating. Half of the places online say that as long as you aren't bleeding heavily that it should be fine, and then the other half state that cramps and pink discharge are early signs of miscarriage, so I am getting worried. Last night when I put my suppository in, it felt tender, like I had gone too far. Maybe I irritated things...I am going to call the clinic tomorrow morning and see if they can fit me in tomorrow, otherwise I have to wait until Friday.

Sorry for the scare @ChocolateIsLife. I've had cramps on and off since transfer. My dr says it's very normal. The pink discharge could very likely be from the inserts. I hope they can get you in soon so you don't have to worry.

ChocolateIsLife I hope that you clinic was able to fit you in today or at least able to give you some support on if its worth worrying about or not. I am sorry your having to deal with things that are making this more scary. I have had a fair share of cramping along the way but I think as long as you aren't seeing red blood (and even then it can be a sch) you are likely ok. A lot of people spot during pregnancy. Keeping you in my thoughts!

Thank you guys so much for the kind support. I went to the doctor, and all is well. Saw the heartbeat and he said she is perfectly healthy. He said there is a blood clot on the other side of the uterus that he is going to keep his eye on, but doesn't think it is an issue. Other than that he doesn't know why I was passing tissue. He thinks it may have been discharge and I mistook it as tissue, but it looked pretty tissue-like to me so I don't know. Regardless he said I need to relax (my heart rate was over 120) and enjoy the pregnancy, which I feel like I can maybe now do now that I know things are well. OH, and he said no ice cream...DANGIT BLUE BELL

@caseyw8784 he said it had to do with listeria outbreaks since so many ice cream brands have sporadic recalls. I have been mowing through ice cream the last few weeks but I'm going to switch to dairy free now that I know that.

Feeling good. We started the weening proccess on meds and of course 1 of the meds I have run out of (while I have plenty of vivelle dots at this point) but still need for this afternoon etc (but of course it won't arrive until tomorrow). I am almost off of Progesterone in Oil. Roughly 3 more days of Vivelle Dot (estrogen). I stopped estrace (orally) already). And next up will be weening off of endrometrin (but of course that is the one that I ran out of)....
Anyways makes me nervous. My RE doesn't test levels again or anything I pretty much graduated (they even gave us a cute baby onsie). I did reach out to my local clinic and asked about maybe getting a progesterone and estrogen level blood draw just to be on the safe side to make sure all the levels are staying ok in transition. Wish we had 1 more US after the transition off meds to give some security.

@becauselove thanks for explaining that to me! I can imagine the anxiety of weening off, in addition to missing a dose. Have you tried calling the CVS/Walgreens around your area to see if they have a single dose for you? When I was planning to go to NC a few weeks ago, I had run out of Crinone and couldn't find any pharmacy that had a full box, but they all said that they had a few spare single doses in their inventory. I ended up driving across town to get the full box, but it is worth looking into! I hope they do a blood draw for you too, just for the peace of mind. I think at 10 weeks is when you should be producing enough for it not to matter, but I still like to see numbers!
@lilmissslp I know right?! I feel like everyone gets them, and they are incredibly common. I hope it just absorbs back into the lining, rather than randomly bleeding when it passes.

ChocolateIsLife Small town living doesn't quite provide the options of city or bigger area living. We don't have a big brand name pharmacy (though 2 small pharmacies that don't keep any IF meds on stock) near us (2 hours away 1 direction). Yeah I am mostly not worried though because supposedly the placenta should be producing all the goods the baby needs but wish we didn't have to deal with the unknown.
I have heard that SCH's are more common with IVF. Not sure why.

So happy for your good news @ChocolateIsLife! Spotting of any kind is worrisome. I've only been spotting brown periodically so I think i also have a SCH that is slowly resolving. I'll find out for sure this Friday.

@cherrybea I shared my story with EmilyE13 and I feel I need to with you as well if you missed my post. I am so sorry for your loss but also thrilled if something was wrong with baby B that you lost baby B early so that baby A can thrive and be fine, which so far so good, praying it continues for you!! I was pregnant with twins and at 10wks miscarried and lost them both. I had an US earlier that morning and they both measured and sounded perfect. They say one could've had issues and because I was so far long it pulled the other one with them. I was able to get one tested and it was perfectly healthy, which of course still kills me that my body didn't hold on to at least one. If something was wrong why couldn't it happen early on so I could've at least held onto one. I'm still dealing with my loss and I kno it's hard, but it's such a blessing that strong baby A is holding on for u and doing great!!! Praying he/she grows stronger everyday with u! I kno u want to be angry with ur body, but be proud of ur body for being able to be strong and keep going!! When you start doing research its actually very common with people having twins that they lose one early on AND its better IF something that terrible happens as it truly gives the other stronger baby a fighting chance. Many go on to have that healthy strong baby!

AFM our ultrasound on Tues showed a heart rate of 176 and measuring a day ahead! I even saw Baby A's little arms in the one good shot they could get (was moving around nonstop). My RE also officially released me to my OB, at which point I burst into tears. So, good news other than me coming down with a bug on Wednesday that has me feeling horrible. Nose is running like a faucet, sneezing, low fever, sinus headache, and swollen glands. Yay for preggo immune systems.

Had a follow up with the surgeon and everything is healing perfectly except the super glue on the incision in my belly button doesn't seem to want to come off so I have to pick at it. I have a trip planned to DC at the end of April so we may have to wait until after we get back.

I have had a fair share of cramping along the way but I think as long as you aren't seeing red blood (and even then it can be a sch) you are likely ok. A lot of people spot during pregnancy. Feeling good. We started the weening proccess on meds and of course 1 of the meds I have run out of (while I have plenty of vivelle dots at this point) but still need for this afternoon etc (but of course it won't arrive until tomorrow). I am almost off of Progesterone in Oil. Roughly 3 more days of Vivelle Dot (estrogen). I stopped estrace (orally) already). And next up will be weening off of endrometrin (but of course that is the one that I ran out of)....
Anyways makes me nervous. My RE doesn't test levels again or anything I pretty much graduated (they even gave us a cute baby onsie). I did reach out to my local clinic and asked about maybe getting a progesterone and estrogen level blood draw just to be on the safe side to make sure all the levels are staying ok in transition. Wish we had 1 more US after the transition off meds to give some security.

Fet #1 January 2017: CCRM - Minneapolis bcp/lupron/suppository/p4 in oil QOD AF 12/7, 12/8 start meds. 1/3 lining and blood work check 14/15 mm, BW check 1/6. 1/9 transfer with acupuncture 1 CCS/PGS Normal 5aa hatching Progesterone around 26ish? Lower estrogen level 207 (wanted above 300 but over 200 was acceptable), started 1 estrace, progesterone in oil every other day, vivelle dot patches 4 every other day, 3x estrodiol daily, vitamin cocktail. POAS: - 4dp5dt and 5dp5dt, 6dp5dt frer very very very faint line. 7dp5dt and 8dp5dt + on Accuclear. 8dp5dt pregnant on a clear blue easy digital. 214 pounds at FET

5/5 19 Weeks 2 days going in for "20" week anatomy ultrasound got measurements but need to come back as wasn't able to get all the measurements
