I normally have migraines that coincide with my cycle. Because they coincide with my cycle, I never got one when I was pregnant with DS (thank goodness). But today I had one that felt just like the ones I normally get before my period. So of course now I'm freaking out thinking this is going to be a chemical pregnancy, as I'm not even 5 weeks yet. Basically I need to take some deep breaths and calm down. I got my BFP at 3w4days and I sorta wish I had tested later so I wouldn't be anxious about CP for so long. But who am I kidding. I would've found something to worry about.

I can confirm the increased pain from my own waxing appointment on Monday.
My esthetician actually told me that she told one of her clients that she might be KTFU at an appointment because she was flinching a lot and usually doesn't at all. Turns out, she was right!
Anyone else not using the bathroom as frequently as you should? I feel like I still use the bathroom just as many time as when I wasn't pregnant, but everything I read says by x week you may notice an increase in bathroom trips. I just don't need another thing to worry about
I never noticed an increase in urination with my son, or this time.

I'm due for a wax but will have to figure something else out. I heard the pain is real, especially for Brazilian enthusiasts. I don't think that type of pain would be good for baby!
@babytuck15 and @swanbrooner Ahhh, thanks for warning me. I guess I'll give it a shot since my appointment is tomorrow, and if it's too painful I might refrain for awhile
Edited because after I posted this I realized I'm too freaked to go, so I rescheduled my appointment until 2nd tri. I'm going to be really hairy (which I hate) but hopefully I'll feel better in 2nd tri. I'm pretty miserable at the moment and don't need to add more stress!

@JackieMarie1989, I get headaches with my cycle too. My first pregnancy I didn't get a single headache. My third I had several. Fingers crossed for you that it's just your body responding differently this time around. Although, I feel your pain and hope your headaches disappear soon!
@JackieMarie1989 and @flyingncmama, obviously talk to your doctor before taking anything, but I'm a recurrent migraine sufferer and the ONLY thing that helped was a magnesium supplement. It took them away pretty much completely for me.
@JackieMarie1989 so I am in the same boat!! Just had a very common prepregnancy headache. In between MCs I had a sweet rambunctious 15 month old and had pretty much weekly headaches during my pregnancy with him too!! Hopefully that's a little peace of mind ☺️ I can't for sure remember when they started but it was brutal!
Anyone else with round ligament pain this early? I've noticed it the last the days after standing up too quickly. Perhaps it starts sooner with subsequent pregnancies? I don't remember having it this early!
Is anyone else not really emotional now? Before pregnancy, I felt like I could cry all the time. I've cried maybe twice since finding out I was pregnant and that was due to my dad having a stroke, which I think would make almost anyone cry pregnant or not.

I have not been to day heck I have been laughing more that crying that's for sure.
has anyone else felt so unmotivated! I am a full time student who normally does her work days in advance but I just now starting math homework due today because I just didn't want to do anything the last few day!
Sorry to double post about this leather smell but my own boots have betrayed me. I might need to run to a Target or something to find shoes of a different material. This is unbearable

Me, me! RLP is actually how i knew I was pregnant before I got my BFP! Part of me thought I was crazy because there was no way I could be having that already, right? Sure enough, POAS and it was positive! I had really bad RLP with my first, but it definitely wasn't this early! It is an undeniable feeling though...

RLP is what made me test, too! I thought I was just imagining things.
OK so I just asked a couple of our June ladies who worked in the dental field, but I've gone into full panic mode. Long story short, I had two cavities filled today and the dentist used silver fillings. It just occurred to me that this might not have been a good idea, but I can't find any recent studies on the safety of silver fillings in pregnant women. Has anyone had silver fillings done while pregnant? I'll never forgive myself if this hurts the baby. Ugh... I'm 2 seconds from just calling the office, but thought I might ask anyone with experience (my dentist is a close family friend so I was hoping to not have that conversation).
@Elyse1384 The gif is amazing. I don't have any scientific evidence but I am sure most fillings are pretty safe during pregnancy. I've had a lot of dental work and some while ttc #1 and they told me most simple procedures (fillings, cleanings) are 100% safe while pregnant. Even the numbing agent is ok (I believe a class c- like Tylenol).
I caught my the stomach virus my son had and I have to work all weekend. @lukafoo74 I hope its just earlier than you thought. FX for some positive news.

YES!! I am also a full time student and I have been super lazy about homework ever since I found out! I'd rather be reading about baby stuff!
@Elyse1384 I just had a dentist appointment on Monday... they only do imaging once a year and I was so annoyed that I might go 2 years without any imaging and am worried that my dental health will decline if I have anything small right now that the dentist couldn't see during my exam... with my twins my oral health was terrible, for whatever reason - nothing really changed in my routine, so depressing!
I wouldn't stress too much, they told me that if I have any issues or need dental work beyond a cleaning/exam that they would do it during 2nd tri or after birth depending on severity... but I'm sure there are certain situations where dental work is warranted regardless. Oral health is so important during pregnancy (I just got the full speech, can you tell?) I'm sure 2 cavities/fillings won't be harmful... think of all the women that don't know yet and go about going to the dentist... I would've been one of them if I weren't a POAS addict.

Me! Primarily in weeks 4&5 but I'm in week 6 now and rarely feel into. My OB said our bodies change more quickly the second time around and women tend to feel more changes more quickly too.

Im 100% feeling your pain. I am working on trying to pass an exam next month and I'm having a hard time convincing myself to study. I keep trying to tell myself this is for my family and I can't stop now. That just makes me feel guilty. I'll try again later.
@lukafoo74 FX you're prob just off with your dates! I was off too! Had quite a scare. thought I was 8 weeks but I'm between 5-6 weeks right now. Think positive!
Symptom question... my m/s or nausea tends to get worse when I start having what seems to be hot flashes and chills... not sure if one is causing the other but I go from having goose bumps to feeling like I'm on fire.
It's been going on for days now and I don't know if I just didn't remember this from last time or if this is unique...
