Upcoming appointments? This Thursday for a quick check. I love how fast the appointments are now!!
Rants/Raves/Questions? At my 28 week appointment, they did an ultrasound weight measurement for baby, and told me he was in the 93rd percentile. I was freaking out!! I limited carbs, and started walking a lot more. I just had another ultrasound at my 36 week appointment, and was happy to hear that baby is now measuring in the 79th percentile. I know these ultrasound weight estimates are very inaccurate, but as it is my goal to have a med free birth, I had to at least try to get him closer to a smaller weight. I know he's still measuring on the bigger side, and they are estimating him to be a 9 lb baby at birth, but I'm just so happy that I got the percentile down 14 points!!
Symptoms? The baby has been dropping over the past couple of days. I can breathe a ton easier, and have my appetite back. Of course now there are other problems...tons of pelvic pressure (especially when I turn to the other side while sleeping), I think I'm waddling when I walk, having to go to the bathroom so much more often, and random cramping that stops me in my tracks.
GTKY: Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding? How did you come to that decision? If you are formula feeding, what brand did you choose? I'm hoping to breastfeed if I am able, and have not even researched formula at this point...hopefully my body cooperates.

Upcoming appointments? Wednesday - wondering if this is when they'll start checking my cervix.
Rants/Raves/Questions? My doctor said baby is measuring over a week ahead, which is getting my hopes up that she'll come a few days early/on time. Though my mother was 2 weeks late with my brother so part of me also thinks I'll go past my due date.
Symptoms? Still having the worst heartburn of my life. Drop, baby, drop!
GTKY: Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding? How did you come to that decision? If you are formula feeding, what brand did you choose? I plan on breastfeeding and hope I can. I will be pretty upset if I can't. I signed up for some samples from Similac and Enfamil just in case I have any trouble or need to supplement. I haven't really researched either - I just wanted some emergency back-up.

Rants/Raves/Questions? So I have officially reached the point where everyone at work constantly has to mention how big I am, and everyone keeps looking at me and saying that they don't think I will make it to my due date. Yes, I am huge, you can stop reminding me.
Symptoms? Nothing new really, still feeling pretty good. I am not as uncomfortable as I thought I would be at this point, and so far I am not desperate to get her out. She is pretty low, so there is a good bit of pelvic pressure. @Pupatella rolling from one side to the other at night is probably the worst for the pressure! I have had some menstrual like cramping feelings off and on, so just hoping that means I am continuing to make progress (I was 60% effaced at my appointment last week).
GTKY: Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding? How did you come to that decision? If you are formula feeding, what brand did you choose? Breastfeeding is the plan. There was never really a question in my mind that this is what I would do. All of the women in my family have always breastfed with a lot of success, so hoping that I can too.

Upcoming appointments? Wednesday for size and hear beat. My midwife will not check dialation until week 40.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Since I just had a little one a year ago just wondering when this one will make her appearance. Preferably sooner than later, it's hot in florida.
Symptoms? Heartburn, having to pee every 5 minutes. Backache and menstrual like cramps that started yesterday.

Had to switch once I was about 3 months pregnant with new LO. Used earths best formula. But I got to 8 months with baby #1 so I was happy

My doctor mentioned on the way out last week that we would possibly discuss induction between 39-40 weeks, but for no reason other than my age. Baby is measuring small and I truly don't want to be induced unless its a necessity.
Symptoms?
Just tired & emotional. Blah.

Upcoming appointments? I had my 37 week apt this morning and was measuring 40 weeks!
Rants/Raves/Questions? I too have reached the point of everyone at work commenting on how big I am and that I won't make it to the end of this week etc. Really just tired of hearing it.... I know how big and uncomfortable I am you don't have to remind me. Needless to say I can't wait for this break from work so I can enjoy my baby.
Symptoms? Just a lot of uncomfortable pressure in the vag area lol
