Anyone else have a horrible rash/itch under their boobs?! It's bad. I thought it was my bra. I've tried everything and the whole bottom side of my boobs are just red and blotchy and beyond itchy all the time!!! (Maybe this was a TMI Tuesday thing) other than thah baby is still really high. When I lay back I can't breathe but when I sit up his head is above my rib cage and it is super uncomfortable. There's no winning. DH is starting to notice I can't get comfy while I'm sleeping anymore and I've been keeping him awake at night too. 3-6 more weeks depending on if this baby flips or not!
35 weeks today and hopefully 2 more to go where I'll be induced because of preeclampsia if all levels stay good! My hips. I can't even. Along with the normal not sleeping well my hips hurt SO bad! I've tried pillows, so many pillows and now am onto a heating pad which I use usually from 4:00am onward. Ouch!! Baby is low, very low so I'm feeling pressure but nothing painful. Sometime I feel like he is putting his hands and feet on my stomach and pushing out as hard as he can haha such a strange feeling!!
I'm 34 +1 and am having lots of Braxton Hicks contractions. Also, baby seems like she is still very high (I can't breathe - I get really winded just walking up my stairs) but then low at the same time (frequent urge to pee). Approx. 6 more weeks and I can meet this little munchkin! Can't wait!!
Yes. I have had the rash for MY WHOLE PREGNANCY. Come on Nov. Gets worse with heat. On the really hot days they also get it under my arms and behind my knees and my hips. Dr. Gave me a steroid cream that safe for pregnancy. It's the only thing that helps
@Benny29 and @kvruns not that I would wish this rash on anyone but I'm glad to know I'm not crazy!
@anne11716 I hear you on the hips. They constantly feel dislocated. If I sit for too long I can't walk after. OB said it's normal to feel like they're going to fall out any second. Yay pregnancy!
35+1 and over it!! My pulled vag muscle is finally feeling better but my back and hips feel like they are going to go out accompanied by nightly contractions... Constipation has made a come back as well as acid reflux! I'm just hoping he can hold out for 2 more weeks!!
@kristah2 I have had a rash and redness as well, nothing seems to help it!!! I have neosporin on it and try powder to help keep the rubbing from hurting you amymore
My hands fall asleep for like hours at a time. They get that uncomfortable, prickly waking up feeling, but without waking all the way up so they go back to numb and it happens over and over. My doc says it's normal, but it's a sucky feeling. It wakes me up a bunch during the right, and in the morning at least one keeps doing it for an hour or 2 when I wake up.
I also have a lot of numbness in my arms/hands at night. Thankfully I have been sleeping relatively well since we've been locking the cat out in anticipation of baby. I've been having a lot of pelvic discomfort and I sometimes get really sore after sitting in the wrong position too long. Heartburn has been terrible, and my doc finally said it's time for zantac. I felt so much better yesterday after taking it, I wonder why I've waited this long!

I had this when I was working or if I'd wear a bra while doing a lot of activity and I found that baby powder works when it's clear but the medicated corn starch powder (green bottle) works nicely for both healing and prevention. I feel like an old man putting it on, and now my 3 year old needs to put baby powder on her boobies after her baths, but it's way more comfortable!
Heartburn and acid reflux are so bad right now. I can't figure out what foods are giving it to me because it seems that I have it no matter what. Has anyone found foods to eat to help stop it (not just foods to avoid)? I'm taking tums regularly which help a bit

No I feel like everything dose it no matter what I eat or drink even water... I found Pepto-Bismol helps (I was eating almost a container of tums a day so had to stop)
36 weeks today. This is the longest I've been pregnant compared to my other 2. Everything is giving me acid reflux, including water. Overall, I just feel gross.
Severe insomnia and night sweats. Anyone else? I can't get comfortable no matter how many pillows I try to wedge everywhere, my brain won't turn off, I have to get up to pee every five minutes and even once I do manage to fall asleep, I wake up an hour or two later so sweaty it feels like someone dumped water all over me. Last night, my pillow was literally so drenched I had to switch to another one ... and I sleep in just my underwear and a t-shirt
here is a new one for me: nose bleed. Anyone else? Last night just before bed I felt like I had a runny nose and when I grabbed a tissue I realized it was bleeding, a lot. wtf? I think it is my first nose bleed ever, or at least that I can remember as an adult. this better not be a new thing

I get them occasionally when I'm pregnant. It is a weird symptom!
33 + 2 and I have been getting numbness in the hands at night also tight feeling hands all day long but not really swollen looking. Heart burn, itchy boobs (but no rash), hips hurt at night.
Something I think that helps with the itchy boobs thing and may possibly help with the rash is dandruf shampoo. There is something in it that fights against yeast build up on the skin and I think thats whats causing some of the itchiness. Dr says its totally safe. I just shampoo with it and sometimes use it as a body wash and I think it does help a bit.
Is anyone else feeling really clingy with their significant other? I'm a pretty independent woman and I'm normally fine with my husband being gone for work for days or weeks at a time. But he's currently gone now and I've never, ever missed him this much. When he's here I take it personally if he wants to do something with friends or needs to work late and even though I rationally know that I'm being clingy, I can't help but feel abandoned! This is completely, 100% out of character for me so I'm hoping this is a pregnancy thing. Anyone else feel this way?

I think it's your mama bear instincts kicking in. You're getting closer to having a baby and having your hunter and gatherer there to help care for you and your young only makes sense. Totally normal.
My sacrum is killing me again. I had bad issues in my first trimester, it calmed down for the second and no way it's back. It hurts until I go to sleep, I sleep fine and wake up fine but by 10-11 am, it kills again. I've tried the exercises, the heating pads, the ball chair and nothing is working.
I told my husband last night that I'm looking forward to the epidural just Tom stop the sacrum ache.
I've apparently reached a point where my patience is running really thin or I'm just having a bad day. I had a meltdown with DH this morning and I've been struggling with not blowing up on customers all day at work. Time to go home and call today over. I'm done!
@BmcD2016 I hope you're right because I hate feeling so needy all the time! I think my husband kind of likes it right now but I know if I keep it up he's going want his old wife back lol

I have had no patience for my DH in quite some time and have lost most of it for the rest of the world these last few weeks
35 weeks and uncomfortableness in setting in. Leg cramps are more common in the middle of the night; moving in bed to change position or just trying to get up to go to the bathroom takes a lot of work; H had to put my shoes on the other day; I am peeing all the time and if I let my bladder get too full walking to the bathroom is uncomfortable; Little man is moving all the time (which I actually like) but when he plays soccer with my ribs, not so much fun. I am exhausted by the end of the day, and lately when I wake up in the middle of the night to pee I cannot go back to sleep.
@kvruns I got a nose bleed this morning. I woke up super dry so I assumed it was due to that. I am going to try sleeping with the humidifier on tonight.
Is anyone else feeling increasingly anxious/depressed? The past 2 weeks I've been crying a lot and feeling very resentful/angry/worried. I'm a SAHM and while it's always been a hard job, lately I've just been hating it. My DS does not sleep well and I have been trying for months (and failing) to get his sleep regulated. I'm just having a hard time and I know that when this baby gets here it's going to be even harder and right now it seems like it will just be impossible. DH leaves for work at 8 a.m. and doesn't get home until after 9 or 10 p.m., at which point he comes in our bedroom and takes a shower, which of course wakes me up, then DS wakes me up anywhere between 4-5:30 a.m. This morning he was up at 3:30 a.m. and I just immediately started bawling my eyes out. DH's work schedule doesn't allow him to help me out at all during the week, but he is very good at giving me breaks on the weekends, which used to totally refresh me. I'm honestly normally a very happy, positive person even in spite of challenges or bad days, but right now I just feel like I can't see the positive in anything. I used to love being a SAHM and I really want to be able to enjoy these last few weeks where it's just me and DS, but I just feel like I can't. I cry almost every day over one thing or another (usually DS's crappy sleep sets me off) and I just feel so resentful of DH because all he can do is say "I'm sorry" and just act like everything is going to be fine when he isn't the one dealing with being pregnant, lack of sleep, an overtired and cranky toddler, and the knowledge that there's going to be another baby on top of all of that and I will have zero help. I'm wondering if these are just pregnancy hormones and I'll feel better, more like my usual happy self once baby gets here?
@mrsmoose5 I totally get what you are going through. DD was the same way around that age. As she has gotten older she has started sleeping in later. She is almost 3 now and her typical wake up time is around 6-6:30 which while isn't late exactly is much better than 4-5:30. Just know that like everything with toddlers and babies everything always changes and usually for the better given time. Hang in there Mama!
I'm 35 + 5 and I've had mild to moderate swelling in my hand and feet/ankles. On Wednesday, my doctor said I really need to consider removing my wedding ring due to the swelling. That night, I tried & tried to no avail. Tried ice water, lube, Windex, etc. Nothing.
So last night I had to go into my jeweler's and get my wedding set cut off It was so, so sad to see the symbol of DH & my love just get cut with metal pliers. Okay maybe I'm being a little dramatic but still, it sucked.

Oh, no! That sucks! I hope my OB doesn't ask me to get mine off. I didn't have to remove it for either of my labors, and I'm pretty sure I can't get it off anymore. I kept meaning to get it resized, but have been putting it off because I don't want to send it away to get fixed.
I took mine off a couple of weeks ago since it looks like I'll be getting a section and you can't have any jewelry if you're going in for surgery (which is probably why they want them off during regular labour in case of an emergency section). It was horrible trying to get them off. I did it after I showered knowing my rings are usually more lose after a shower and washing my hair. I got my engagement ring to my knuckle and it got super stuck. My finger turned blue and started to swell more and hurt. I slathered on the conditioner Andy cold water and finally got it off but I broke a blood vessel in the side of my finger so getting my wedding band off hurt even more!
i suggest to everyone if you haven't already done so try ASAP. The longer you wait the worse it is.
I'm close to stopping wearing my rings too due to carpal tunnel that is causing even more swelling than before. Mine still come off when my hands are wet but otherwise it can be a struggle
Be happy you're all dealing with this stuff at home. I've been in the hospital for 2 weeks now, with two weeks to go, sleeping by myself, no hubby, and it's incredibly depressing. Getting through each day is excruciating. Be happy you get to sleep in your own bed and not have crappy hospital food to eat. It's an effing nightmare.
Anyone else with really bad pain in their right side. Feels like it's around the 2nd or 3rd rib from the bottom. I can't take a deep breath (or laugh or cough or sneeze) without a lot of pain. Thoughrs on what it could be?

Yep I have had it for a while. dr said it is totally normal and always seems to be on the right side. It's from everything being squished and moved up and for whatever reason. It manifests there
@kvruns thanks for letting me know it's normal! I haven't had this much pain there since I the three weeks post surgery in July so it was really worrying me! Anh advice in how to deal with it? I feel like I can't breathe or move.
