I am on a super high amount of stims (I think) and was just curious what you other ladies are on...
My meds are:
Day 1 & Day 2
225 (3 vials) Gonal-F/ 75 (1 vial) Menopur
Morning + the same dose at night
Day 3-5
150 (2 vials) Gonal-F/ 75 (1 vial) Menopur
Morning + the same dose at night
ttc since 2/2010 ~
me (36): Hypothyroid (on Levothroid), low vit. d, borderline/high fsh (day 3: between 7-10) (day 10: 13 during CCCT), AFC: 14
dh (31): awesome (minus one sample with agglutination)
Diagnosis:possible DOR and/or unexplained + elevated NK cells + MTHFR (C677T - one copy)
MAY 2011 - FEB 2012 - 3 injectable IUI's with numerous cancellations due to high TSH levels
MAY 2012 - onto IVF/ICSI (Antagonist Protocol) on BCP and Folgard (3 week delay - cyst - boooo) 5/21 start stims 5/30 ER 11R 8M 3F 6/2 3DT of 3 6/12 Beta #1 83 | 6/14 Beta #2 196 | 6/21 Beta #3 3818 | 6/28 Beta #4 22,213 | 7/2 1st U/S - 2 on board! 8/24 CVS reveals that we have a boy AND a girl on board!
Healthy baby boy and girl born in February, 2013 at 38 weeks and 2 days!

I have DOR and I'm a terrible responder, so my doses were always high.
Cycle 1 was 450iu Bravelle and 150iu Menopur.
Cycle 2 started at 600iu Follistim and was reduced on days 9-12 to 450iu.
Cycle 3 was 525iu Follistim.
Baby boy Henry born 2015.
Expecting our capstone baby (boy) early March 2018.
I stimmed for ten days - 75iu Menopur (one vial) + 150iu Bravelle (2vials) just once daily. They retrieved 17 eggs

I think I've got a pretty high dosage too.

When I start next month, I'll be doing a total of 450 of Follistim (225 in am and 225 in pm) and 75 of Luveris for the first 4.5 days. (Who knows what will happen after my first monitoring appointment.) This is much higher than my previous cycle, but it took me quite a while to get going last time around.

Starting today i'll be 450 IU of Gonal F + 150 Menopur, if this doesn't jump start the follies, I'll be upped on Day 7.

That's a standard dosage. I'm a high responder and that's where I started too. 225 Gonal f and 75 Menopur for 3 days, reduced to 150 gonal f and 75 Menopur for 4 more days, then 75 Gonal f and 75 Menopur on my last stim day.
Unless I misunderstood. If you are doing that dose 2x a day, then yes, it is a high dose!

Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal
Moving on to IVF.
IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy
Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14
After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14

04/07/11- PCOS Diagnosis w/GYN. Put on Metformin (1500 mgs)
04/25/11- 1st consultation with RE (Confirmed PCOS & Anovulation)
05/09/11-HSG-All clear! 05/13/11-SA-Normal. Found out on 2/14/12, low Morph (1%).
06/17/11-10 days of Clomid (100, 150) No response.
07/10/11-03/20/12- 5 Injectable (Follistim) IUI cycles; 4 BFN, 1 C/P. (stims ranged from 11 days to 25 days)
05/28/12-Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. 75 mcg Synthroid.
IVF with ICSI in June/July 2013 = BFP!. Beta # 1 = 123. Beta # 2 = 252. Due March 25th. Baby boy arrived March 27, 2013!
FET #1 - 10/4/14 = BFP!! Beta #1 = 179. Beta # 2 = 499. Due June 22nd.

This dosage is twice a day - yikes. So I am getting started off really on the high side of things. But it looks here like women in the mid-30's range are usually on a higher dosage as well. Next time I'll have to ask my RE how he determined that amount.
