I am tired, and definitely can't get more sleep because work is pretty intense now. I'm realizing that for my first pregnancy I was a grad student able to dictate my schedule. For my second pregnancy I was on winter break for a month of first tri. This pregnancy I have no relief. My winter break will be at a time when I probably feel fine anyway, and the end of third tri will be in a busy part of the semester.
I haven't been feeling that nauseated, but yesterday got a huge wave of it right before I had to teach, so I ordered a bunch of anti-nausea products on amazon immediately.
ETA: I had another wave of nausea at the same exact time again today (10am), and both times staved it off with a rice cake at work. Good to know this could be a pattern.
I'm tired, last night I cried for pretty much no reason, and I'm very frustrated with feeling sub par all the time. All other symptoms have subsided for now, which of course makes me worry even though it probably shouldn't.
4+5. Fatigue hit my hard yesterday. I'm hoping today is better since DD up early and she kept tossing around before she gave up.
Oh and holy bloat. I remember some major bloating especially at the end of the day about 2-3 months in but its already bad. Leggings and flowy shirts from here on!
6w1d - Super sore boobs. Besides that and being gassy (burping and farting -yay!) not much else to report. Occasionally still get random cramps, but they're quick and gone in a minute.
I'm 6+2 and holy hell, the heartburn. Sometimes it's like my entire ribcage and above is on fire. If I sit perfectly still for a while, it subsides, but when I move, it starts back up.
Still almost 0 symptoms. 7+2 today. Which I guess isn't that terrible. My other 3 this is about when I started being very sick. So I guess it could still come. I'm not on meds this time other than vitamins.
OMG the tiredness, all day especially in the morning. This morning i was on the verge of crying because i was so tired and felt horrible. I got to work and passed out on my desk thank goodness i had about 15 minutes before starting and yea the bloating is so real. I
cramp once in a while throughout the day for a while now. Regardless, I thank God for every one of these symptoms.
Tired still. And general ickiness. I think it's a mix of minimal nausea, excess saliva, worrying, and exhaustion. Big ball o fun over here. Nothing major but certainly unpleasant.
Anyone else having difficulty urinating? It's not all the time, but sometimes I feel like I have to force it out and my bladder still doesn't feel empty after. I searched the boards for it and I found quite a few women complaining about the same thing. They say it could be that the uterus is tilted and it should go away after the baby starts to get bigger. I have no pain, burning or blood in my urine so I don't think it's a uti or anything. It's just really annoying...
I'm def feeling tired, and with a 15 month old, rest is impossible. Nausea started on Friday and it's making me miserable. I was sick my entire pregnancy with DS so I'm really dreading it happening again.

You should contact your doctor about this. It does have to do with your uterus getting in the way in some capacity but it's good to find out more about it because I think that if you really can't pee they do something (like try to move your uterus -- I don't think it's invasive, just some poking around.)
Just about 6 weeks. Has anyone had symptoms just disappear and it be ok? My boobs have been really sore since before I even got the + test. Today suddenly there's nothing. I'm pretty concerned. I know it's probably not a big deal, and I have an ultrasound tomorrow, but I've a lot of losses and now I'm all freaked out.
6w 3d. This week im feeling exhausted. My sense of smell is so high i smell everryything. Yikes. Periodically i break out in tears for no reason. I am nannying for a family and have for a year now. It's getting to be harder dealing trying to stay awake!Yikes!
I'm 5 weeks, 5 days and biggest symptom is tender, bigger boobs. I've had some off and on nausea but nothing crazy.
I thought I was breaking out but now I think it's perioral dermatitis which is more like an annoying rash on my face around my nose and chin. I actually had this a few years ago but forget what my derm said to do for it -- googled some natural remedies and going to try yogurt or apple cider vinegar. Anyone else have this? Dr. Google says its can be caused by hormone changes.
Otherwise I'm just feeling super anxious and still taking home pregnancy tests every few days just to make sure. This is my first pregnancy, also the first grandbaby for both our parents and I'm paranoid that it's not really real or something is going to go wrong but trying to be positive.
I just want to hear a heartbeat or see my little dude (DH is convinced it's a boy) on a scan!!

@slam1110 Tell me about it! I literally have never had heartburn before in my life. This doesn't look good for me for the next 7+ months!
Couple of questions. First, I don't have the boob tenderness really but I keep getting this pain on both sides right on the side of the boob closest to the armpit. Occassionally it's sore without touching, and is definitely sore to the touch. Does anyone else have this?
And now I totally forget the second question. I'll be back, ladies!
@FlyChick and @NotAPlaya-JustCrushAlot - it's perfectly normal and happens all the time that pregnancy symptoms come and go. Try not to read too much into that - I know it's hard, but I wouldn't take that alone as a negative sign.
New here and just 4 weeks on the dot but I've had quite a bit of bloating and generalized abdominal achiness going on the past few days. It's been worse at night. And my stomach has felt a little off but not too bad. Last night I also felt a little spaced out in my head/almost light-headed. It's weird, so different from my first pregnancy already where I pretty much just had enlarged boobs and that was about it.

Boobs and bloat. My breast are incredibly tender. The bloat is more frustrating and painful than the boob tenderness. It's hard to hide a pregnancy when I have a flat belly in the morning and what looks like a second trimester belly in the evening.
Hard to tell whats regular aches and pains and what is pregnancy related. My stomach has been upset the past few days, and definitely some cramps, which every time I feel them I worry I might be getting AF. I have some lower back pain too, but I think I tweaked my back working out on Monday. This is all new territory for me... so everything makes me over-analyze!
@IvyMagic828 So happy to hear that symptoms come/go. I just do not know what is normal. I've been poking at my breasts to try to see if they are still sore.
For right now, I have been just so fatigued. Little twinges in the stomach every now and then.

I know the symptoms can come and go. I can't speak for @FlyChick, but with my previous loss, my symptoms disappeared right before I MC'd at 5 weeks, which is what I'm at right now. I also had very light symptoms the first tri of DD's pregnancy. So, even though I know it might not mean anything, it's super stressful. PGAL brain is strong for me right now.
My boobs are starting this pattern where they are super sore mid morning and then right before bed they really aren't that bad. It's been like this for 3 days in a row now. Super weird.
Also the stuffiness/sneezing/runny nose is back. I had it the week of my BFP, then it went away for a few days, and now it's back again. Literally everyone in my office thinks I have the plague! I just keep saying that it must be allergies or something

I am 4 + 4 and have tender boobs, occasionally am nauseated, and have a little bit of normal cramping. blah. But I did get my first appointment scheduled so I am excited for that!
5w+6d. Nausea started on Sunday and it's getting worse each day. I also have super nose and sore boobs. The nausea lasted until month 7 for me with DD, so I figured it was only a matter of time and here it is! Cold orange juice and hot tea help a tiny bit. Ugh. Such a gross feeling, though I'm certainly thankful to be pregnant!!!

6w 4days and I still have very minimal symptoms. I also overanalyze every little pain or twinge hoping it will be a symptom.
I do feel bloated and have a few very minor boob aches. My DH can't believe I'm wishing for nausea and sore boobs! He doesn't understand the anxiety and worry!
Fatigue by mid afternoon. Exhaustion all day long. Extremely thirsty for water all the time. Mild cramps every few days. Some back pain (probably from my three kids using me as a jungle gym).
My knees starting to bug me today. I don't recall doing anything to physically hurt them. My hips moved way out of whack a few weeks ago, so I'm wondering if it's related.
6+4 and my boobs don't hurt as much today but oh the nausea! It hit me like a ton of bricks today. I can barely choke down anything other than ice chips. This started a week earlier with DD so I was hoping it wouldn't be so bad this time around. I'm starting to remember why I swore I was going to be one and done during first tri last time.
@BowieFan85 I have a friend who had a tilted uterus and had to go to the ER because it got to the point she couldn't go at all. I have the opposite problem, like when I gotta go...I GOTTA GO. Kind of like potty training. Hope it's nothing, good luck!
