Phonetically, it's ON-uh-LEES. Nn would be ONNA but spelled Ana. 

I can come up with Annalise, Analiese, Analise, etc...thoughts?

I would avoid anything that starts with Anal.

@Jyoung327 - IMO - I wouldn't go with either of those. Same reasoning as @bbiutmcph stated

The only time I've heard this name used in real life, it was spelled Anneliese. No clue how legit that spelling is though. I agree with avoiding any spelling beginning with anal.

I think the kid would constantly be correcting people that read her name. "No, it's ON-a-lees, not Anna-lees".
