I'm actually pretty excited about this Facebook group. I love coming on here and talking to you ladies, seeing your LO's, getting others help and opinions, and hearing some of the same stuff that I'm going through so I know I'm not alone!!
DH has a fever and could have the flu. Yay. Cue temperature taking of LO.
@brunettebabe722 i would love to be a part of such a group. I don't post much since LO arrived, but have learned a lot from each of you. I don't know how others handled their nicu stay. We were there for only 6 days and it drove this mom crazy. There are some strong mommas out there!
I'm excited for the fb group. I hate TB app and I always use my phone. I cant upload pics and it's hard to even look at threads with lots of pics because the app crashes. Using the browser is a pain on my oh one too. It's super slow. You ladies without fb should create one just for the group! Just don't tell anyone you have one, and don't use your name
@entropicallyfavored@Mrsrundell Oh no, I didn't think about the people who don't have a Facebook I think you guys should create one just for the group!
I might create a new Facebook just for the group as well since I'm one of those annoying couples who share a Facebook with hubby and it would just be easier if it were my own.
I am also all for a FB group, TB app has been annoying me lately, crashing and having a hard time loading threads with pictures and stuff! Plus I'm on Facebook a lot more and would just be more convenient to stay connected!
I'm excited for the fb group too! I have really lightened up a bit from being so Internet cautious as I have grown close to all of you. DH is really happy I have a support group of women going through the same thing.

@texasmama2014 I was an end of the monther with DS1, and hated it! I was actually really excited when I figured out that my due date was towards the beginning/middle of the month purely because of the bump (FFFC??).
My due date with DD1 was the 29th of the month, just like this one.. and again I foolishly joined the due date month instead of the month afterwards. Seeing everyone have their babies is driving me bonkers!
@texasmama2014 Yes! A co-worker of mine has a friend who was due three days before me and had her baby on the weekend. I was like, "I don't even want to talk about it. Don't show me the picture, just go."
@texasmama2014 My due date with DS1 was the 13th and he was born on the 22nd. I thought the BMB jealousy was bad then. This time my due date was the 17th and yep, still pregnant. At least this time I pretty much expected to go a week overdue with my history. Hopefully tomorrow we will both join the outside babies club!
I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one feeling this way. I have had several friends have babies the past two weeks that were due after me. Even though I'm being induced in less than 48 hours, I still have wicked baby envy! Speaking of which, @texasmama2014 , we're you able to schedule your induction? I must have missed your post about it.
@texasmama2014 - My exact thoughts. dd1 was due the 24th and this one is the 27th. It wouldn't be so bad but both times I've had my due date pushed back like 10 days by dating ultrasound. I guess I ovulate late which doesn't seem like a big deal until I get past that date and keep thinking, I should be done with this by now.
I was really looking forward to enjoying these last few nights of sleep before baby comes.. But, the past three nights, my dogs have kept me up All. Night. Long. I'm never going to sleep again!
I cried multiple times this morning getting ready, and I may not even get induced today. I kept hugging my DD and telling her I loved her. She was so hard to let go this morning....
@texasmama2014 I had a hard time leaving DS this morning too but I managed to hold it together bc I didn't want him to worry. Definitely teared up tucking him into bed last night. Good luck today!
@texasmama2014 good luck!! Saying goodbye to DD was the hardest thing ever! She was super distracted by her grandparents and wouldn't give me hugs/kisses when we were leaving. I kept saying bye and as I turned the corner and out of her sight, I burst into big ol' ugly tears. The next time I saw her, she didn't even seem like the same kid. It was crazy. I sort of miss my little baby!
I have two random questions that could be dumb but I've always wondered.
If you are nursing your toddler, does the milk change to colustrum when new baby comes or is that just added to the milk you already have? I stopped nursing my DD a few months after I got pregnant with this guy so never got to find out.
Second random question... If you are formula feeding, does baby still try to cluster feed?
@justaudrey I feel the same way about DD. She doesn't even seem like the same kid since we had LO. She's so big and I feel like she changed so much during the 4 days we were in the hospital. It makes me sad!
@justaudrey and @Lynnlove28 I thought I was crazy for thinking this! DS just seems so BIG now! I don't know how I carried him around all the time before! He feels so solid and big now.

DD got up at 4:30 this morning. Not cool, kid. This pregnant lady needs more sleep to cope with work plus giant belly.

But hey, I can get a special parking pass, at the door, for having a newborn. I'll take it!
