Dealing with a Suddenly Picky eater.

Help! My once bottomless pit is now the pickiest eater in the world. He will literally spit out and wipe his tongue off after trying pretty much every food he used to eat with no problem. Last night for dinner, after I first offered him ground turkey with beans and tortilla and mixed veggies and he spit it all out. I finally got him to eat cheese and a boiled egg. What are you all having success with feeding picky eaters? He won't even eat mac n cheese anymore ugh!

This is our house! It's frustrating because she used to eat everything! I have found that if I mix applesauce with her food, she will eat it. I'm hoping it's just a phase. Sometimes she will eat her food if I mash it up. Then, there are times she will eat a few bites, then start spitting everything out. Ugh. Our big problem is she only wants bread, crackers, Goldfish, etc. I can't let her see any of those or she won't want anything else.

I am finally seeing the light at the end of this phase tunnel. Apparently if i  just pour plain greek yogurt over everything he will eat it lol. That, and letting him dip whatever into ketchup.
