I managed to shave completely down there after a long break. But now I'm dealing with the area being extra sensitive and the stubble growing in. That will be my last time, as it's really just a guessing game since I can't really see around my belly anymore.
I think I'm gonna forego on shaving from here on out. It hurts too much to bend over that far. Plus I'm over 300 lbs. Not an easy feat lol I only have one pair of comfortable scrub pants and one pair of yoga pants left that fit. I need to do more shopping.
The struggle is so real with shaving. I tried to blindly shave down there and it was pretty scary and it didn't turn out very good. Did give me a good laugh though.
You have to be really careful with shaving down there. I have a friend, who wasn't pregnant, who shaved regularly and knicked herself. She ended up in the hospital with MRSA and a drain. It was really bad.
DH is offering to help with shaving and I actually may let him..
My belly isn't HUGE but post surgery I can't bend down anyway. I literally can't even shave my own legs right now.
So I think tonight we're going to tag team shaving my legs (he has to get where I can't) and I may let him at me with some clippers. We will see. I'm nervous about that but the hair is out of control!!!
I love that I'm not the only one having landscaping issues, it's looks like the equivalent of a child cutting their own hair! My husband suggested getting a wax, but I'm not so sure.
I had my dh shave my legs for the first time ever tonight...of course he didn't do it the way I usually do it, but hey, I didn't have any discomfort like I normally do doing it myself.
DH trimmed down there for me recently, I just can't stand it being completely out of control, but am not comfortable with the idea of waxing. Thankfully he's a bit OCD so extra careful, even if it did take longer than if I'd been able to just do it myself.
I'm still puking in the mornings. I had a whole week where I didn't, so I thought I was over that hump, but considering I lost my breakfast the last two days, I guess not. Thankfully, it's only in the morning and I can kind of plan for it. I'm just ready to be done with all of it. The puddle of pee that accompanies any puke is not fun either.
@MrsBigTime I'm with you I haven't stopped getting sick (somedays worse then others) and with more pressure there's no controlling not peeing anymore... I just keep telling myself it's almost over!!!!
On another note I went from being super constipated to running to the bathroom at least twice a day now for the last 3 days and I don't know what feels worse.. Joys of pregnancy!!
I tried to shave before my husband came home from a week of being gone for work. Can't really see. It's a train wreck. Blood was shed. I have pneumonia and keep hacking up a lung. I love being pregnant. I love being pregnant......lol
I coughed while reading my daughter bed time stories and peed a little, but didn't want to break the routine of bed time so just ignored it. When I finally got to my room I had to change into new pjs. Thankfully DH didn't ask why.
