My new mabis thermometer came yesterday and I totally geeked out this morning and was so excited to temp. i'm so lame. anyway, I'm on CD 4 so i've got quite a wait.

@SnobunnieMel I am going to do either do just injectable meds (menopur or gonal f) or a combo or injectables and pills (I take letrozole) +trigger and IUI. I called today and left a message. I need to get in for a baseline- once I get in for that I will know exactly what the plan is.

We actually got to BD last night with no POM reflex, but I'm CD16 and think I O'd the day before. Either way, awesome sauce. We keep talking.

Pooka's bloodwork is all normal--have to monitor her calories over the weekend and maybe push some dense food, otherwise the vet wants to do an abdominal ultrasound. She's a happy little (11 year old) girl otherwise, we just don't know why she's losing weight....

CD14 here and had a -.4 temp dip this morning so hopefully that is gearing up for O since we did BD yesterday so timing would be good! Wonder if I can convince DH for another BD session today just in case! I am thinking this will be more similar to my pre-MC cycle with O around CD15/16 instead of CD12/13, either that or my thermometer is going!

Temp shot up today +.44 degrees so hopefully it stays up and O was CD13 or 14 because then timing would be good!

Actually, I'm doing okay. Last night my emotions got the best of me and I felt super insecure and then found out some bad news regarding some family that got me pretty upset but then I had some retail therapy which kinda cheered me right up lol

So. What can we try this month to get (and stay) KU??? 
Last month was my first month trying green tea for CM and annoyingly was my first cycle with absolutely no EWCM that I've had in a while. Wtf??!! Considering a tea with Vitex in it, straight Vitex pills, EPO, or mucinex (I also suspect low progesterone). Any thoughts?

edited because it was my FIRST month trying green tea DUH.

@rainbowturtles Be careful be careful with EPO- it can mess with ovulation. I took it the cycle I got my BFP and I was totally out of whack, I wasn't sleeping purely due hormones imbalances, I ovulated 8 days late, and I conceived a baby that I lost to Triploidy. I never saw any EWCM that cycle anyway. 

Long story short, I can't confirm it messed me up hormonally which caused me to lose that pregnancy, but I won't take it again. Stick with green tea and mucinex IMHO. I wish I had never take it.

I have to second @chloe97 on the EPO warning. I only took it one cycle, but it totally messed me up too and I ovulated crazy early that cycle. Over the years I have found the best bet for me getting EWCM was drinking absurd amounts of water.

Thank you for the heads up on the EPO, I definitely will be crossing that off the list of possibilities!!! Unfortunately, I drink ridiculous amounts of water/herbal tea and pee every twenty minutes as it is lol (interstitial cystitis) So more water isn't exactly an option haha! I might just have to sneakily insert some preseed before BDing and hope for the best!

Ugh waiting to see if I did actually O is killing me. My temps seem to be wonky but I am hoping tomorrow or the next day give me CH. Depending on when it is may or may not be in the rubbings. DH has been sick so no BD I am posting my chart, any chart stalking welcome! This has by far been my most wacky temperature cycle.

@lilylover27 have you done any opk? I'm assuming no because it's not mentioned in your chart. What is your usual temp range post O? CD 16 looks like a good guess, hopefully you get CH in the next day or so. Being in limbo is the worst!

@brooklyngirl18 usually in the 98.9 to 99.0 range so that last temp makes sense but I do not know why the huge dip yesterday happened. Just frustrating because I have been having O CD 13/14 post MC so we BD according to that but looks like this might be like pre MC O between CD 15/16. It is just frustrating. I haven't used OPK yet because DH didn't want to add any more stress but I may consider getting some Wondofo ones so I am not just relying on temp if this cycle doesn't work out.

Hey hey! I haven't been around here much cause I've been trying to keep my mind off of TTCAL this cycle. I stressed myself out so bad last cycle, ovulated 6 days late on CD24, and had a 9 day LP and crappy results from my 7dpo bloodwork. 

The main thing I'm trying differently this cycle is not obsessively checking to see how close I may or may not be to O. I'm going to wait for my body to give me it's normal signs (I'm one of the lucky ones with EWCM) before I start using OPKs. Last cycle I was testing 3-4 times a day and comparing lines and obsessively checking CM and CP. I realized that I was putting so much pressure on my body to go back to normal post miscarriage and I was most likely making things even worse for myself in the process.

I'm only on CD 12 of this cycle but I already feel like I'm in a much better place mentally than I was last cycle. We'll see if that continues!

@lilylover27 If it wasn't for the weirdly high temp on CD 12, I would actually say you O'd on CD 14 with a fallback rise pattern. I can't get over how high your temps are overall, my pregnancy temps were never that high! You run hot girl!

I second PP that you should consider adding OPKs to give FF some more info to help you out. My DH thought it would add more stress too, but so doesn't not knowing when I was actually Oing and obsessing about my chart for hours.

@rainbowturtles I'm so glad that you were able to do that for yourself! It isn't always easy but it's SO important. I felt like I wasn't taking care of myself mentally and that's what added so much strain on me last cycle. Now at CD13 I feel like I'm in a completely different place than I was late time. Is it going to make a difference with my wonky cycles? I have no idea yet. But it's made a difference in how I feel! And for right now that's all that matters.

I really hope it does make a difference with your cycles, too @BitterBetty12 because that would be awesome icing on the cake But at the very least some added serenity never hurts! I'm laughing because I'm feeling somewhat serene right now but it's only CD4. I'll do my best to make it last, tho

I'm going strong at CD15. But my resolve is starting to fade a bit. I actually had a dream last night that I got EWCM, so I think my subconscious is laughing at me like "Yeah, you only THINK you're calm, but deep down the crazy is still there". Weirdly enough, the dream kind of came true. I only had a tiny bit on the TP but I'm hoping this is a sign of good things to come! I'm going to try and wait until there's a little more before I start my OPKs.

I think it's nearly time for me to be back here!  Yesterday, cd30, i had spotting after BD. Nothing today but FF is predicting Wednesday so I think it's right around the corner. I never bothered to pop over TWW bc I had no chance but hopefully this cycle!

Ummm yes definitely no BD breaks this time around!!! And I'm thinking I'll probably start OPKs at cd10 just to be extra safe! Hopefully it doesn't cost me $80 in CBDs

We had good timing last month so hoping for it again this month. Is it bad that we are so busy we have started scheduling sex even when it's not around O? It just doesn't happen otherwise.

@Taggarab DH is just finishing up his long week at work so we've been scheduling sex too (and it's unlikely any of it has been productive so far). This morning we were both like, "alright, let's just do this". So sexy.

+1 to scheduling sex, I'm planning it in my head and just have to tell DH the plan. Last night he asked when we are going to conceive this month, I WISH I KNEW!!!!! It's hard because he's on overnights right now and I work 9-5 but he switches to days for september and october so if this month doesn't work out at least the following 2 months will be much more BD friendly. currently CD14 and waiting waiting waiting

@SoontobeMommaHowe You could always order some cheapie Wondfo ovulation strips on Amazon (they're about $30 for 100). You could then use the cheap ones to see when the line starts to darken to tell you when to start using the CBDs.
