I have my 24 week regular check-in this Thursday, though I'll be at 25 weeks. Nothing to write home about, but admittedly not looking forward to stepping on that scale.

I also have my 24 week appointment even though I'm 25 weeks. Appointment is Friday. I'm anticipating he'll schedule my GD test so that's something different at least.

I get to see my obgyn on Thursday! It was a surprise since I wasn't supposed to see him until the 12 but with ththe whole appendix leaking and surgery thing he was great enough to follow me (and the baby) through everything and now wants us to head in early. He plans on ordering another ultrasound which is exciting he just wants to make sure baby kept developing okay with how sick I've been the past week. Looking forward to seeing baby H again when we weren't expecting it!

I just had my 24 week appointment, and it was pretty eventful! I'm supposed to get my GD test in 3 weeks, then my TDaP shot the week after that. I was also measuring 2 weeks ahead for that fundal height, and my doctor said if I still measured ahead next visit, they'd probably get an ultrasound to see how big Baby is. I'm kind of excited about this possibility to see Baby, but is this something I should be worried about?

Had my -what I thought was my- 23 week appointment. Our little girl is a whole week ahead of schedule and my nurse told me that she was measuring 24 weeks instead. My husband and I are not surprised at all though. I am 5'10" and my husband is 6'10". My Dr. says that we are looking at about an 11 pound baby. Which is weird because I've only gained 4 pounds from my original weight, and that may not be there during my next appointment. I don't think it'll be that big of a baby, but I do know for sure that she's gonna be a long one!

I had my regular appointment today with my OB at 25 weeks. Everything seemed fine, my blood pressure, weight gain and baby`s HR. My OB only checks the baby (uterus) by hand quickly but never measures the fundal height. I do not know why.
Also he told me that I will go in to see him every two weeks now. Are you ladies still going every 4 weeks or 2 weeks from now on ? I would have preferred to go every 4 weeks, I have to take around 1.5 hr off from work every time I go to an appointment and it feels like they do not do much.

I'm pretty sure I'm every 4 weeks until the end of the second tri - or at least I've been told to return at 28 weeks. But I know what you mean about the wait times outweighing the doctor times with a lot of these appointments.

Do not be alarmed if your baby is measuring bigger by a week or two. It may have been one growth spurt or genetically you may just have a larger baby. Your doctor could adjust your date a little bit after seeing an ultrasound measuring bigger. But also note that ultrasounds can still be off. My friend was told her son was HUGE and she then needed to be induced, turns out he was pretty normal size.

I went in for an u/s today to check if my placenta moved out of the way, which it did! I am measuring right on time at 27 weeks with baby weighing 2lbs5oz. We were told that baby has big feet and is a chubby one. It would be my last time seeing him at the doctors office, but my boyfriend and I did schedule an elective 3d scan for next week. I can't wait!

I had my 25 week appt yesterday...I get ultrasounds done every time as well to watch baby' growth.  He is weighing in at 1 pound 11 ounces and heart rate was 132 - 48th percentile so right on track!  My next appointments are in four weeks - check up, ultrasound, TDAP, and glucose tolerance all on the same day...phew!

Had my 24 week today and of course it was the one day my feet haven't been swollen so it was sort of si,ly asking about it. It was so hot in the office I was sweating a ton. Next appt is in 4 weeks to have a follow up u/s on low placenta and then also have my GD test
