Macy's (in-store) has all of their already marked down maternity clearance on sale for an additional 40% off. The store I went in had a really good selection and I was able to score a Motherhood Maternity nursing bra for $11! Regular 49.99.
Not a specific sale or deal but, the ShopSavvy app is great for comparing prices in local stores and online, as well as figuring out what stores carry a particular item you get as a gift you don't want need! It's really easy and accurate most of the time. I just use it to scan barcodes of items but I think they also advertise sales, and you can type in or browse items on there

There is an app called Mama and they have tons of cute baby photo prop stuff and other stuff for real cheap, it comes from China but I've had good experiences thus far !
@Sprinkels28 - I just got 6 boxes of NB at Target today. They go up to 10lbs and I figure if we feel like she's going to grow out of them early, we can exchange for the next size up bc I saved the receipt. I only have one box of size 1's but am thinking about going to get some just so we have a few boxes on hand and have time to go get more when we need them.

upon admittance to the hospital yesterday they asked if I had a car seat and I had to say no to that one! But I didn't know that if you do have a premature infant some hospitals will do a car seat check and you have to make sure you car seat is okay for under 5lbs. I was planning on getting another chicco so I should hopefully be in the clear! But yah I kinda felt like an ass for having to say no.
@serenaxo84 Exactly this. We haven't bought any diapers for the baby either. We decided about a month ago that we would start. We buy diapers for my youngest usually every other week, so on the week we don't buy for him, we were going to buy for her. That has yet to happen because we always end up buying so much other stuff for her. And also, we just got her car seat yesterday. Procrastination at it's finest!
Not sure about in the states, but in Canada babyfest is on at Babies R Us. I went today and got a lot of good stuff remaining on my registry for great prices.
