So nervous this time

this is my 2nd pregnancy. 1st ended in mc. I'm freaking out and so nervous. Every minor cramp or gas pain sends me to the bathroom checking for pink or red on the tp. I'm so nervous and trying not to be.

I'm 7 wks 1 day and my u/s 2.5 wks ago was wonderful. Yolk sac and all. My HCG levels are increasing and doc is happy. I'm just so nervous.

It took us almost a year to conceive again. As a result I've been seeing a specialist.

Next u/s is July 12 with specialist. First OB appt will be after that. Meanwhile a million questions and concerns.

I have my hospitals app which allows me to email my doctors and my specialist is horrible at getting back to me but my OB is amazing! Can't wait to be done seeing the specialist.

Congratulations! I'm sorry your PGAL brain is making you anxious. I'm 13 weeks now and just beginning to relax and enjoy. Those first few weeks are so hard. Fx for your rainbow and for you to be able to enjoy this pregnancy soon.

I completly understand that feeling! Just expecting the worst...I am in the same position but haven't had the good dr report yet. All you can say is "I'm pregnant today" and enjoy today to the fullest. Praying for a healthy, sticky baby!

Congrats! I totally understand the fears and doubts. I go between excited and terrified still at 23 weeks. I just try to enjoy every milestone.

thank you ladies!! your support is actually invaluable. (i wasn't expecting that feeling at all) nor was i expecting to be sad/anxious this time around. During the MC, I was just like, 'when's it gonna be over so we can try again?' but now, it's hitting me hard.

The worry doesn't go away completely.  As my husband said "welcome to being a mom!  Worrying is now your life"... It's totally understandable to get overwhelmed with anxiety with PGAL brain but just try to breathe and revel in the here and now happiness.

Chrstna618 I hope you get your good Dr report soon. Although that appt in and of itself is incredibly nerve wracking. I love what you said. I'm pregnant today. I love you for that!

I'm glad I could give some comfort. That's what I tell myself every day so that's all I have to offer. My first midwife appt is Friday so hopefully I can give good news then! I already having stress dreams about it but hey, I pregnant today.

I know exactly how you feel . Even at 20 weeks I am still scared . The fear has gotten smaller and smaller every week that passes . Hang in there , I know how tough this is . Hoping you have a healthy and happy pregnancy !

UPDATE im 16wks 3 or 4 days now and doc says all is good. I still can't believe it and I may have felt baby a few days ago (insane Gas pains not helped with gas x or pooping) . it's still crazy though

I'm so glad to see your update! Hang in there and just know that it's completely normal to still worry. I'm 32+3 and I still worry about things going wrong. Take it a day at a time and (even tho it's tough at times) try to enjoy every moment that you can.
