How many weeks? 32

Size of baby (fruit/veggie/etc)? Squash, apparently. 

What is next? (Appointments, milestones)?  Appointment today. 

Rants/Raves/Symptoms?  This baby has flipped from breech to head down to breech to head down and is back in breech today.  Would prefer that he or she flipped down and stayed there now so I can stop worrying about position and actually get some stuff ready for his/her arrival!

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about where you live?  I love the diversity of the city, the great restaurants, access to lakes and the anonymity of a big city.  But still get to feel like we are part of a community in our cozy little neighborhood full of huge, old trees!

Size of baby (fruit/veggie/etc)? squash (I hate these fruit/veggie references, they're so subjective!)

What is next? (Appointments, milestones)? OB check up on Friday and growth scan on Monday

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? (edited because I forgot to add something here) My only real complaint is just how hard it is to hold DD now.  I can pick her up and whatnot just fine, but my stamina once I'm actually holding her has taken a huge nose dive, and she's not happy about it.

Questions? I'm sure I'll think of something after I post this.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about where you live? (borrowed from Wednesday's post)  It's Jersey, there is really too much to list!  The top thing is probably just the accessibility of just about everything (jobs, entertainment, shopping, all 4 seasons, etc.).  OH and not pumping my own gas - screw that!!!!  I play dumb when I go to other states and they want me to pump gas...ummmm no, you can come out and "show me" how to do it because I'm not touching that nastiness.

@SkiChic626 I am having the same issue holding our dd. She turned 1 in April and isn't quite walking yet. She can stand up and walk along things but that is it so far. She wants me to hold her all the time and, while I love holding her and snuggling with her, it gets very uncomfortable and even painful in certain areas sometimes.

@jamiesc58 Yeah, DD turned 2 yesterday, and the past couple weeks she's really been clingy to me....she totally knows change is about to happen and mommy won't be able to give her 100% anymore.  She only wants me lately, and is constantly asking me to hold her - I succumb because I have mommy guilt over the new baby, plus I'll take the hugs and loves while she still wants them .  I actually have a pulled muscle now in my upper left abdomen from holding her so much and it's hella painful and there's really nothing I can do about it since it's just going to continue to get stretched even more.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Heart burn has been really bad lately and stretch marks have been crazy itchy

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about where you live? (borrowed from Wednesday's post) Charlotte, NC. It is easy to travel to the mountains or beach and we get a little of every season.

What is next? (Appointments, milestones)? I have my next appointment on the 30th and then I start going every 2 weeks. 

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Nothing too bad but I am getting hot very easily now.  Where I am usually so cold and hate a draft, I am now looking for AC and shade.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about where you live? (borrowed from Wednesday's post)

I live outside of Boston.  It is home to me and all of my family is here so I love it.  There is a lot of pride in the city and a certain charm that I love.  I am fortunate enough to not have the think accent but I love that too.

Size of baby (fruit/veggie/etc)? cauliflower or 3 chocolate croissants

What is next? (Appointments, milestones)? next appt is 6/28. Hoping to get my hospital preregistration number soon so I can register for classes. I hate how they do this; if we hadn't moved, we'd probably have taken classes by now

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Really slowing down. I get tired much faster these days. BH are getting more uncomfortable and starting to get some pelvic pain

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about where you live? We just moved here, so I am not sure! So far, the cost of living is pretty great. We are loving our house and I think the contractors finally finished today!!

What is next? (Appointments, milestones)? Ob appt Monday. MFM on the 20th. 

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Had an appt yesterday and both babies are weighing 3 lbs 5 ozs. No wonder why my back and hips ache. One is really really low and in my pelvis and I'm sure it's just it Getting bigger and making my pelvis expand.
