Brother or Sister for Kendall

My daughters name is Kendall Grace.. I am having such a hard time thinking of a name for her brother or sister. This is what we have so far

Girl- Kennedy or Harper
Boy- Kyle or Parker

Open to other ideas or do you like these? DH and I are both C names and I wanted the kids to both have K names but that is proving harder than I thought.

Kennedy is wayyyy too matchy matchy IMO, so Harper. Kyle or Parker are equal in my book, but with too many K's you may get a lot of Kardashian jokes. CONGRATS!

For your girl choices, I'm not a fan of either but much prefer Harper over Kennedy.

For your boy choices, I like Parker.

Thank you! Another option for girl is Audrey, I was kind of stuck on a K name but I hate to narrow it down so much for that reason. I dont do Kayla or Kailey because close family have those names and anything a kardashian has used I don't want to consider either.

Well, now I'm confused.

Anyway. Harper definitely over Kennedy. Parker over kyle, just to avoid using another k.

Audrey is a bazillion times better than Harper. Kennedy obviously no.

I prefer Kyle as a name but Parker for sure since you already have a K.

I agree that Kennedy sounds a little matchy matchy, but I don't think thats a terrible thing. If you like for the names to sound similar, go for it! Having said that, I also LOOOOOVE Harper. My boy vote is for Parker.

Thank you! Everyone I have asked that I personally know says totally Kennedy, its super cute with Kendall but when I ask online I get a bunch of "of course not" replies, This is the 2nd forum I've asked about Kennedy.. I just love it so much but obviously I don't want to make a huge mistake.

My close friend is named Kendall, and she is one of 7 children. The girls are: Miranda, Kendall, Hayle, Aiden, Brady, and Parker. The one boy is Christopher but he goes by CJ (his middle name is John).

The youngest, Parker, is 17 so all of these names were used way before they were considered trendy. I noticed as I typed them out that many of them are on the upswing right now! Parents were ahead of the times I guess!

I could see Kendall and Kennedy becoming a bit confusing for them. Both names begin with "Ken", so when you call for one, both might think you called them. I could also see teachers/coaches referring to the younger sister by the older sister's name more than what typically occurs, again because the names are quite similar.

I like both Audrey and Harper. If I had to choose between the two, I'd choose Harper. I think I like it a touch more, and DD is Ainsley (which looks too similar in composition to Audrey for my taste).

From your boy's names, I prefer Kyle to Parker, but I think you might still get Kardashian jokes because of the two Jenner girls being named Kendall and Kylie.

I agree with pp that Kennedy and Kendall are far too matchy. Harper, Kyle, and Parker will all work with Kendall in a sibset. Some other ideas for you:

I wouldn't do Kendall and Kyle if you are trying to avoid Kardashian comparisons (Kendall and Kylie). Kendall and Parker are great together! From your girl list, I like Kendall and Harper best.
