So my first time getting to come to WTO from TWW...
*TW in Month/Cycle*
Month/Cycle: 6/6 after MC in Nov. 2015
CD: 2
WAYDTGKU: Clomid 150 mg days 3 - 7; starting to chart temps this month for the first time (oh, help me)
R/R/CS: @Krys That's a whole lot of stabby factor is one plan (no caffeine PLUS alcohol). By all means, be better to your body but I don't see why you need to make yourself miserable. I'm with @wineo929 - we have to treat ourselves to SOMETHING, right?
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? It's our first weekend with no plans! We will probably do the farmer's market tomorrow morning, maybe go to the pool and then brunch on Sunday and a day to recover. Super excited that H and I get to relax!
@grabberblue2010 - I'm sorry about CD1...it put me in a really bad place yesterday so I'm feelin' ya.
***ETA - Dr.'s office just called to switch my Clomid from CD 5 - 9 to CD 3 - 7, which is tomorrow. I'm okay with this...right?

**question** Am I like, the only one who is not drinking at all while TTC? I was thinking that at my age (which isn't old old, all things considered: I'm 34 and change) I needed to do all things in my favor to help...but man...this shit flat out sucks. I ditched the caffeine too, so between the two, I'm pretty stabby. I'm feeling like as long as I don't go crazy, a few drinks a week should be more than fine, right?
Please tell me yes.
So I've only had 1 glass of wine and 1 weird drink mix DH made since I started TTC and it was during AF. I have had 3 diet pepsi's but besides that I've cut out caffeine. Honestly less caffeine has made me feel better and the no alcohol has been good for my diet. I'm not going to lie first month it was no alcohol in case I got KU but now I look at the calories and am like no I'd rather loose weight...
That being said this is only my second month trying so I may not be able to hold out if it takes several months, especially if I reach my goal weight...
@wineo929 thanks I will definitely share a picture after I get it!

R/R/CS: I have the appointment with my new OB in 8 days. We will be discussing next steps and a referral to a RE. It would be nice to get some answers about why my cycles are so unpredictable.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend?
I will be entertaining my in-laws. Half of them anyway. My MIL decided she didn't want to come to the family BBQ at my place, so she is going camping in spite of the 80% chance of rain forecasted for the entire holiday weekend. My pregnant SIL and BIL will be there though.
WAYDTGKU: trying to live through this week so I can make it to ovulation
R/R/CS: AF is kicking my ass. I love packing up my entire house will dealing with what feels like being repeatedly stabbed in the uterus all day.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? We are moving tomorrow morning. Bright and early. We are moving about 2 hours away. Thank God my mom volunteered to come and watch DD. We were able to get a lot done yesterday because of that. And we will hopefully get the rest done today. And then I am pretty sure we need a 10 day cruise or something.

After a really painful and immobile April and a cancelled trip to Hawaii, chiro and PT are finally paying off. FW is this weekend, so hopefully we can get a quickie in. I thought my DH would be too scared of hurting me but he says he's on board -- "I think we can make it work" haha. Obviously, if there's any pain at all, we'll stop, but here's to hoping!!!! FX!!!!

@mrsdaddario YES! So happy you had good news today FX for good continued growth and timing for an IUI coming soon @krys I hardly drank before starting to TTC, so my habits haven't changed in terms of alcohol, but I have more caffeine now than I used to (I'm one of those people who doesn't drink coffee or tea on a regular basis, but my school put in a fancy coffee maker, so now I have hot chocolates with espresso shots or chococinos regularly haha)
Month/Cycle: 7/7
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: HIO
R/R/CS: *QUESTION* my temp this morning was 0.09 degrees Celcius below the highest of my 6 "pre recent temp spike" temps...not sure if that means I didn't ovulate yet OR if it means my temps aren't super accurate and I might still have ovulated. How far above the 6 pre-o temps are the 3 post-O temps (confirmed in hindsight of course, I know I can't consider that to be me now, but this is my first month of testing, so I have nothing else to go by except asking others who have confirmed O before!) Thanks for all your help yesterday too

Thanks for all of the feedback! I'm not a heavy drinker by any stretch - maybe 2/3 a week if that. I also only have 1 iced coffee a day, but man, it does help me get my morning going. I think I'm going to loosen up on it and not worry as much until I have to. I tightened up my diet and dropped about 25lbs since Feb, so those things AND no carbs was brutal.
@crazypt2285 Congrats on the offer! Hope everything goes smoothly for you!!
WAYDTGKU: Nothing. Not even HIO apparently. We haven't had sex at all this cycle. And I am pretty sure today or tomorrow is O day... so I guess we will do it today or tomorrow to at least get one day in... it's hard to find the drive to do it when we know it's not gonna work... SA results kinda prove it's just not gonna happen...
R/R/CS: See above I guess. We literally have done nothing. I haven't temped. I haven't used OPKs. I haven't even paid attention to my symptoms. We haven't had sex. It's just so hard to find motivation when it's just not gonna happen. Even doing sexy time because we want to is hard. I get all cranky when we are about to have sex because I remember how nothing is going to come from our love. Gaaah. But all things considered I am doing okay and not a complete wreck. I just am anxious to meet with the docs to see if we can get to the bottom of our issues.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? SLEEP. Family is coming in (that I have never met) so I guess hang with them. And sleep as much as possible. I wanted to do some gardening but it's supposed to be stormy.

WAYDTGKU: 3 letter things plus Letrozole for the first time
R/R/CS I am in a really good mood today! I like doing something and I have big hopes for the IUI in June. I know that might bite me on the butt later but right now I am just going to enjoy it.
GTKY: I am moving on Wednesday which is stressful but I gping to try to find something best for the new place this weekend - maybe something to store all the vinyl records we have!
@mrsdaddario Congrats on the response to the Letrozole!
WAYDTGKU: Started BBT again this morning, period should be gone by tomorrow. Probably have a solid 2-2.5 weeks before O though. May try to hit the assumed FW this cycle if it works out well. I think DH has to travel for work for a couple of days during that week, so we'll see.
R/R/CS: nothing really. Just chillin, waiting on my period to go away so I can enjoy my weekend.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? we have some friends coming in from out of town so we're going to hang out and probably grill out tomorrow. We live on a lake, so there will be floating and boating, etc. Last weekend we turned our hot tub into a kiddie pool for DD (by turning the temperature down to 88 degrees) so we will probably splash around in there a bit too. :-)
WAYDTGKU: BBT...wanted to BD yesterday but fell asleep. Let's hope things can turn up tonight...;) going to start OPKs tomorrow I think...I've been known to O on cycle day 11 before.
R/R/CS: nothing. I'm tired. Just want this week to be over. There's a big leak in my ensuite shower that's leaking through the ceiling underneath. Plumber is coming today. My tuition is also due on Monday. The funds are extremely tight. >_<
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans?
Work. I've been between work and placement all week. The last 3 days I've been at placement which is on a high risk obstetrical unit...lots of high risk preg. Mom's and postpartum mom's who's babies are in nicu. Very interesting but a lot slower paced that my work...which is an insane chaotic surgical floor.....I get to do that all weekend! I can barely keep them straight. I did take Sunday off to go to a bbq with friends....I'm so excited...I'm haven't seen friends forever lol

@Buthayna It *could* be a fallback rise, but I'm more inclined to believe you haven't O'd yet, especially since you had EWCM yesterday still. I had something similar happen a few cycles ago - my temp went up and then down slightly and then I got my true spike. See pic below.
Just dropping in and saying thank you to everyone for the support! It has been INSANE at work with little down time. Ill be bumping tonight to catch up with yall:)
WAYDTGKU: Charting, PNV, B6/B12, EPO, CoQ10, Mucinex, OPKs, RRL tea, green tea, giving Softcups a shot, taking advantage of getting to visit OH where he is working out of town (AKA GDTPT)
R/R/CS: I got as close to a positive OPK as I've ever gotten yesterday. It's lighter today, so I'm choosing to assume that means my surge peaked yesterday. My temp was up a bit this morning, so we'll see if it continues to go up or if it drops like it usually does on O day. Could be that I O'd yesterday. We'll see...but for now, we continue to FWP. We have EOD timing CD9 through this morning, which is miraculous considering OH working out of town. So glad my car gets good fuel economy!!
GTKY: We'll probably open our pool this weekend since it's supposed to get pretty warm. Mostly we'll just chill. Netflix and Chill, I hope!

Happy Anniversary, @Krys! Ours was yesterday. I think most PPs have answered your question exactly how I would have. I'm definitely drink til it's pink, but I'm not a huge drinker in the first place. I have cut out caffeine and only drink occasionally because I have endo, but I would have made that decision whether we were TTC or not.
@Mythril I'm not sure I see a clear temp shift there. What about your other signs? Do you normally have longer periods of creamy CM? Do you typically turn an OPK?
@crazypt2285 Congrats on the offer! FX it works out!
@Buthayna You definitely *could* have ovulated, but I'm not seeing a super clear temp shift in your chart yet. What happens if you put in a couple more high temps over the weekend?

@marriedhamstermom I have been playing d&d since I was a teen. It is a blast! And yes, painting the miniatures is a great part of it. LOL. Husband kickstarted reaper miniatures three years running now and we have so many miniatures I don't know what to do with them all. He's a little obsessed.
@britters314 & @pretzel2plus1 I don't have a normal. So far the only thing I can count on is long patches of creamy CM of varying degrees and not ovulating. I've never turned an OPK because I have never ovulated. So it's all a little frustrating and confusing, as I'm sure you probably understand! Thanks for the CS, though. I really appreciate whatever help I can get, cause I'm over here like "Wuuuuuuut."
@mrsdaddario I might be tempted to quit temping if my doctor didn't have me submitting my charts to him. Ugh, it's so frustrating! I will take your advice and just try to chill until I get a few more temps in there and can see a bigger picture.

R/R/CS: I like this part of the whole cycle best because it's when I'm feeling most optimistic. But I feel like my whole system (organizational, not body) has been thrown off this cycle due. Partially due to vacationing with my parents, partially for how vacation normally throws me off system, and also...something with me. I can't quite put my finger on it or describe it. It's almost like FW snuck up on me so I'm kind of unprepared and also it's maybe like being all gung-ho and type A on the whole TTC thing has gotten me nowhere so far so maybe it's just lightening up in a positive way.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? My parents are still in town through the weekend so I'll be bumming around town with them. Take a little trip to the city that's nearby, hang out on the deck, make sandwiches, go to brunch, and probably show my mom some of the baby clothes that I bought. I wasn't going to but she knows I've been buying stuff for years and some of it is really cute and since she lives far away, she may not get to see all of it. So whatever. Yeah, and then I'm going to run the paint ideas for the nursery by her while she's there to see it. I'm going rogue!

@GrabberBlue2010 Sorry for CD 1. @KristinH88 I think it's normal for temps to be wonky during AF. But it's still good to be temping then to get in the swing of things. @mrsdaddario Ahhh! That's great news! Also, I was thinking about you all weekend. Glad to hear that things went better than expected and that they're able to make her more comfortable. @jatwal128 I hear ya on the temping honeymoon. It's really so fascinating but also I hate that being the first thing I think about when I wake up. Or when it's not the first thing I think about and I realize about 15 minutes later when I've been kind of snoozing. @Zoey1019 Sorry about the CD 1 and cramps. I hate being awake in the night with cramps. @SnobunnieMel Cheers to preseed! I don't know why I wasn't using anything like that before TTC. It's amazing, especially for times when we need to get stuff done when the timing is less than preferable. @mrstuessy Moving and AF? You deserve a big prize this week! @juliebeannn Good to see you! @khbear sorry for CD 1. And cramps. You are a wonderful person for helping friends move! @KristoB I don't know much to say other than that I'm sorry. That sucks bigtime. Take care of yourself.
Re: @Krys on beverages - I pretty much quit coffee before we started TTC. I was never a heavy coffee drinker but I wanted to adjust to the 'can't haves' slowly. I do still drink colas if we're out and it's during the time that I'm not drinking alcohol. The amount of caffeine in them is much lower than coffee so I just try to take it easy but also not just sit there sipping on water being cranky (especially because that's when I get extra pissed about 'missing out' for the cycles that don't even work). I also still do coffee at places we go to frequently enough that the staff would be suspicious when I suddenly switched to decaf. As for alcohol, I mostly do what I want there during CD 1-7 with no consideration for TTC. If I'm going to get to hungover-ville at all during the cycle, it's that week. Then during CD 8-O, if there's an occasion or an extra good offer--like a quality beverage or an event where people would jump to the conclusion that I'm pregnant, I'll have a single drink. From O-AF, I pretty much don't drink at all. If I do, it's one drink during the whole time and for something special. Mostly I just figure it's cheaper, fewer calories, and also helps me get creative with alternatives now. So, in my opinion, yes, it's fine to have a drink now and then. Especially if it helps you relax. I look at it as finding something that will work for me while I settle into the long haul of TTC.

Also the heat makes me really want to swim so maybe check out one of the local pools for the first time (even though we've lived here 8 years!). And then maybe a Memorial Day Cookout with friends. Just playing it by ear

@marriedhamstermom That's a really cute tattoo! My work BFF got a tattoo of her chihuahua's footprint when she passed last month. I have big dogs but I'd want to commemorate them in some way too, though footprints may not work in my case.

WAYDTGKU:
R/R/CS: My last day at my school was yesterday. It was a jam packed day taking the kids off campus for field day at a local lake/park. They had an incredible time and it was great way to end my memories with them as their classroom teacher. I get to see their promotion ceremony (8th graders) in a week and then I'm off to new ventures. DH has been great with the plan for ED GDTPT through the long weekend.
GTKY: DH somewhat surprised me with an overnight trip leaving Sunday. It's only one night and I had to help him plan it (he was making it super complicated) but it was really sweet that he thought to do something. We'll be near the beach and in a cute hotel so it'll be a perfect short getaway.
Month/Cycle: N/A - benched until after our hopefully Zika-free honeymoon in July/August
CD: 27
WAYDTGKU: charting temp, CM, opk
R/R/CS: wish I hadn't listened to the Gyn when she said I could stop taking placebo BCP a year ago because I've now been off completely for 6 months and still trying to figure out how long my cycle should be and when I should ovulate
GTKY: Did my final wedding gown fitting today and spent time with family; tomorrow we are going to a Memorial Day ceremony my veteran is participating in and then off to the place he proposed a little over a year ago! Hopefully also a bbq with friends
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
WAYDTGKU: Impatiently waiting for AF to see herself out so I can pounce.
R/R/CS: I wasn't temping while I waited for this postpartum AF but I did notice what felt like a distinct O pain. If that truly was O, then my LP was only 6 days. I'm hoping with temping this cycle, I will have a better idea of O and, as a result, my LP. Six days wont cut it when we're trying to make a baby.
GTKY: Taking from TWW... What are your weekend plans? Pool party, knocking out some end of the year grading, taking my car in for service, and - best of all - TWO days off with DH! We usually only get one a week so I'm excited!
I tried putting in more data (for some reason when I was asking these questions, I didn't clue in that I could go "into the future" and enter/manipulate/delete data as I wished....so I tried that this morning when I got another higher temp - I live in Europe, so it's already Saturday morning here.
If I put 36.39 or less on CD19, no CH. If I put in between 36.40 - 36.43, it gives me crosshairs on CD15 If I do a bigger jump (36.44+) it moves the CH to CD17. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if and how big the jump is tomorrow...
in the charts everything up until CD 18 is real data...CD 19 is what I played with: CD19 = 36.43

I will be entertaining my in-laws. Half of them anyway. My MIL decided she didn't want to come to the family BBQ at my place, so she is going camping in spite of the 80% chance of rain forecasted for the entire holiday weekend. My pregnant SIL and BIL will be there though.

How far above the 6 pre-o temps are the 3 post-O temps (confirmed in hindsight of course, I know I can't consider that to be me now, but this is my first month of testing, so I have nothing else to go by except asking others who have confirmed O before!) WAYDTGKU: Nothing.

CD: 6

Sorry about CD 1, @GrabberBlue2010, @Zoey1019, and @khbear!
@Mythril I'm not sure I see a clear temp shift there. What about your other signs? Do you normally have longer periods of creamy CM? Do you typically turn an OPK?
@marriedhamstermom I love me a blooming onion! Have fun this weekend!
@RunBooRun Good luck to your dad! I know that has to be a very stressful situation!

@Buthayna You definitely *could* have ovulated, but I'm not seeing a super clear temp shift in your chart yet. What happens if you put in a couple more high temps over the weekend?

@juliebeannn Good to see you!

R/R/CS: My boss was out today AND it's full-on hot out finally so I am in the best mood ever. The massive chocolate chip cookie I had with lunch only improved things.
GTKY: What are your weekend plans?
XMen tonight then the rest is unscheduled. There's a state forest nearby and I want to check out their trails and camping sites, to see if we'd want to do a legit backpacking/camping trip later this summer.
Also the heat makes me really want to swim so maybe check out one of the local pools for the first time (even though we've lived here 8 years!). And then maybe a Memorial Day Cookout with friends. Just playing it by ear

GTKY:
DH somewhat surprised me with an overnight trip leaving Sunday. It's only one night and I had to help him plan it (he was making it super complicated) but it was really sweet that he thought to do something. We'll be near the beach and in a cute hotel so it'll be a perfect short getaway.

Baby #2 due April 2017
I tried putting in more data (for some reason when I was asking these questions, I didn't clue in that I could go "into the future" and enter/manipulate/delete data as I wished....so I tried that this morning when I got another higher temp - I live in Europe, so it's already Saturday morning here.
If I put 36.39 or less on CD19, no CH.
If I put in between 36.40 - 36.43, it gives me crosshairs on CD15
If I do a bigger jump (36.44+) it moves the CH to CD17.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see if and how big the jump is tomorrow...
in the charts everything up until CD 18 is real data...CD 19 is what I played with:
CD19 = 36.43
CD19 = 36.44
