Is it ever not a miscarriage if you have a lot of bleeding (with some clots) for most of the day? I'm thinking this is a miscarriage, but the doctor said to come in on Monday and they can run some tests to be sure. At first I thought maybe just implantation spotting, but then it picked up strength and hasn't stopped all…
