Hey ladies, does anyone have any experience with Xyngular? I'm looking for some feedback.
Xyngular is a wellness program similar to Plexus. I have a coupleasant of friends who have been able to get offree some meds with it! It helps combat PCOS and infertility.
It's just SO expensive. I mean, I'm willing to try about anything at this point. I just thought I'd see if anyone here had heard about it or was interested? I always do better with a support group!
Do a search, generally people stay away from supplements. Remember if these supplements really helped with IF, then everyone would be taking them and there would be no need for REs and Clomid, etc.
I've never heard of it, but my seeing someone on my Facebook selling Plexus, Arbonne, ItWorks or any other kind of supplemental 'wellness' products is an automatic ticket to being hidden from my newsfeed.
If they were as magical as these people claimed, they wouldn't need to sell it so hard. It's just a little too cult-like for my taste.

You are right! I should have clarified that it helps lessen symptoms of PCOS that sometimes causes infertility, such as irregular menstrual cycles.

I don't know much about this particular supplement, but I seriously side-eye this statement. PCOS is a serious medical condition that should be treated by a licensed medical practitioner. I'm starting to think you're just here to sell a product, which you're not allowed to do here.

Says who? Show me the FDA stamp of approval for these claims; as well as the peer-reviewed, double-blind studies. Oh wait, they don't exist because Xyngular is a multi-level marketing scam.
If you have diagnosed PCOS and/or infertility, please see a reproductive endocrinologist - not idiots on the internet looking to make a buck.
I had never heard of the stuff so I Googled it. The ingredients are a little terrifying. It's just way too many roots, herbs, enzymes and whatever else throw together. It says it is "clinically proven" but won't list any evidence for that. I wouldn't touch the stuff but that's just me.
There are some supplements that have actually been studied for PCOS that you could try if you feel like you need to try something. Like myo-inositol. But I'm going to completely agree with everyone else saying that there is no silver bullet. And if you really want to treat PCOS the best thing you can do for yourself is to see an RE and follow what he/she tells you to do. And if you're seeing a RE I wouldn't suggest taking any supplements without asking your RE about it first.

Especially be careful if you are already on meds for pcos or any other issues. Supplements can interfere with prescribed meds. Definitely talk with your doctor first before pursuing adding supplements.

Just to clarify, I'm not selling anything. I don't even know anyone who sells it.
And every thing you all have said is true. I just feel like I've tried everything and would really prefer a natural approach over any medication. Sometimes when I see things my baby crazy kicks into high gear...ugh.
Does any one else ever feel like they go through these crazy times?
P.S. Seriously, I love this community. Sometimes I really need an honesty/wake up slap to the face.
I really like to use natural remedies when possible as well, but it's important to remember that natural =/= harmless. If it's strong enough to work, it's strong enough to potentially have side effects or do some other kind of harm. And unfortunately, these things don't tend to go through the kind of rigorous studies that traditional medications do, so it's hard to know what's safe and works vs what is snake oil. Given the type of company this is, I'd bet on snake oil.
If you're interested in natural remedies, I'd recommend the book Making Babies. Some of it gets a little out there but overall it seems pretty sound, and I used some of the tips in it. I've heard even better things about It Starts With the Egg but haven't had a chance to read it.
Also, good job taking a little bit of criticism without flying off the handle.
