Melatonin?

So conflicted from reading online. Is it ok to take melatonin while pregnant?  Help!!

I took it. And the unisom and B6 combo for morning sickness. My 8 week old is fine. Ask your doctor.

melatonin but I take unisom.


your doctor is the one I would trust. that's why you have one.

Definitely ask your doctor. I'd be wary of messing with any hormones while pregnant.

My bottle of melatonin says to avoid if TTC or pregnant, and my ob said no. I would say no, but your doctor will tell you if you ask.
