today I went in for just a normal appointment! The midwife couldn't find the heartbeat with the Doppler so I got a surprise ultrasound! So happy to see little babe is doing just fine. I was planning on only seeing baby at 18/20 weeks. ))
Baby at 9w1d with a tiny hand waving in the middle. The subchorionic hemorrhage is completely gone, and no more spotting. Heartbeat of 170!
AND I heard back from the ER that misdiagnosed me with a probable miscarriage today. They admit that their head of radiology who claimed the baby's heart was on the outside of its body <idiot> misread the scans, and they are waiving our bills and refunding our copay. JUSTICE!!!
Our dancing gummy bear! It wouldn't stop wiggling like my DH does when he does his "weekend dance" so that was hilarious. Measuring at 10 weeks, heartbeat 167.
Dr. was concerned about a little bit of fluid buildup behind neck. Will be going to a specialist to get that checked out.

So I am a first timer... and the ultrasound tech was telling us things like, "here's the nose! This is a great nasal bone!"
I thought she meant that ENTIRE area was the nose! I was picturing a little Montgomery Burns baby... my gosh I laughed so hard when she clarified that the long bone was the baby's arm!
Finally had our first U/S!! Baby measured ahead by 4 days, we are 13 weeks 3 days! Can't believe it, it changes our due date to November 27th. Happiest day ever! Less time to wait!
10+3 and we got to see our little babe again since our 8 week scan! Baby was bouncing around and waving its arms and kicking its legs! It was as if he or she knew we were watching and saying "Hi mom and dad!" Doctor asked if I could feel it, but no, not yet. We were mesmerized. Heartbeat was strong, and we wished we could have watched forever. DH looked at me and said, "This is the coolest thing I've seen in my whole life." <33
They checked my BP again and it was perfectly normal, like it has been since I have checking it at home. Doctor just thinks I was nervous for the first ultrasound last time, and that made it spike. No weight gain yet, which I guess is normal since they didn't say anything. Gosh, I feel more in love than ever.
I love seeing the bigger babies! I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and won't again until 12 (next week), so love seeing them starting to take more baby shape.
Had some spotting yesterday so I went in for an unscheduled ultrasound this morning. Heartbeat was very strong and he was kicking away! Hands are up by his ears. Measured at 12 weeks, right on schedule. Best thing I have ever seen!
had our first ultrasound today! measuring right on track at 10w5d, heart beat measured 169-176 bpm. i'm so profoundly relieved! yolk sack still there, uterus is definitely retro and baby measured about 3.65 cm CRL.
Just went for a follow up dating ultrasound because I was measuring nine days behind when I should have been eight weeks. I'm now measuring only four days behind at ten weeks six days on May 19th and got to see a very mobile baby! Strong heartbeat at 161bpm. Very happy to have a due date of December 16th!
Measured in at 12 weeks 5 days. They're keeping the 12/9 due date. Heart rate was 164 bpm, baby was wiggling and we got to see some swallowing action and mouth moving!!!!!
11wk+2! Originally the baby was facing the screen and standing up, so we had to get the baby to turn around! Lots of arm and leg movement. Heart rate was 180bpm.
Here is my little one! Upside down because he couldn't sit still and act normal today. Measuring ahead so my due date has been changed to December 3rd (Initially it was Dec 12). We still don't know the sex, but the doctor from the NT ultrasound today said the baby looks great and he thinks I will be very low risk for anything, blood work comes back in a week. Also my SCH is completely gone so I am off pelvic rest!! Woot woot!!!

Had our 2nd ultrasound yesterday. When we got out, my nurse was standing there. I showed her the pictures, and told her I'd be calling for my MaterniT2 test results the next day. Then she said, wait, I think I have them! Right there in the hallway we heard we are having a little girl. Yay! My husband is totally freaked out(the nurses were laughing at his stunned expression), but he's calming down. Our son has been really easy, so he's worried a girl is going to be the exact opposite. Heartbeat 164:)
12 weeks, 4 days, measured spot on. Due 12/10/16. I went in for my checkup, and was totally not expecting my 2nd ultrasound! I thought they'd just so the Doppler like with my other children, but I'm not complaining! So great to know my LO is ok, I've been crampy and worried.
First pic is our little one at 6w3d, heart rate was 121! In the 2nd our little teddy is at 9w6d. Heart rate was 179 and I got to hear it with the doppler. Totally cried!
10 weeks exactly but the baby measured 5 days ahead. Due date still stays the same but that is no big deal because the baby will come whenever they want as long as it's in December.
10+2 official date 12/28. the little bean was wiggling and dancing for us! Saw it really sink in for the first time for DH back in a couple wks for NT.
@jldunlap19 I think most places just print out one or a few for you as a curtesy without you having to ask, but if you are worried just straight up ask the technician if you'll be taking some ultrasounds home! I think they've heard it all I'm sure you won't be bothering them. They are usually all so nice!
Had my first appointment yesterday and it was so nice to finally have confirmation. I was 12w4d and measuring about 12w2d. HB was 158 and the doc said everything looked great.
The u/s pic is ok. I think she zoomed in too much. But we did see feet and fingers. I think that's the head, legs and a hand showing up.
I've been telling DH that I think this baby does alligator death rolls. Occasionally I get a lot of motions that actually make me feel nauseous. This morning we saw the nugget (14 weeks) and sure enough he loves to tuck it's hands between its knees and roll. We watched him arch and flip and basically have a field day!

Measured at 7w6d! My doc is using my LMP for an EDD of Dec 29. Heart rate was 160 and he said everything looked perfect!
