Wow-ed by Preggie Pops customer service!

My husband and I were out and about today and I am (still!) dealing with the morning sickness from hell. We happened to be at a babie's R Us, and they had preggie pops. 
I have a severe food allergy, so we called the company to make sure it was something I could have. The answering service let us know we would receive a call back on Monday (okay, it is a weekend, totally normal) - about 20 minutes later we got a call back from someone at the company detailing exactly which flavors would be a danger for me, and assuring the others would be safe.  They left a message, and included a cell number, just in case that didn't answer our question. 
I have to say... I was wow-ed. And grateful. 
And yes, they work. And I can't have the red ones. 
I just had to share, in case any one else is still dealing with the sickies!
