Cycle is still regulating after loss
R/R/CS: just being obsessive about opk's. Saw yet another announcement today that sent me in a downward spiral. I have vowed to not log into social media until Friday.
GTKY: Have you ever had a paranormal/supernatural/other worldly experience? Sometimes I feel like I'm being watched from a dark corner... I also get creeped out when the dogs start barking at nothing or the wall ...I never watch scary movies as I can never sleep for weeks afterwards and I have terrible nightmares. It also doesn't help that H is gone for 24hrs when he works. I refuse to go into any basements after the sun sets.

I posted in TWW because FF said I was 9DPO yesterday, but now it's saying there isn't enough data to determine that. Someone
in TWW said my chart suggest an annovulary cycle, and because I have
zero experience in chart reading and some of ya'll are superstars, can
anyone explain this to me? And if it was an annovulary cycle, how many cycles do I wait to chat with my doctor? Is it the full year or 6 months like TCOYF suggests? I'm not a healthy weight so annovulary cycles are expected but still.
ETA: I realize that I'm in my first month and it's generally frowned upon to worry because some of ya'll have been at this for way longer than me. I'm 100% not worried that I didn't get a BFP this month - I'm worried about the not ovulating.
GTKY: Have you ever had a
paranormal/supernatural/other worldly experience? Literally all the time. The hallway light flickers on and off if someone we know is in the hospital or dies. When my grandma died there was a mysterious voicemail left on our machine that was high heels on a hardwood floor walking away. Grandma was 5 feet tall and she always wore heels. And my favourite - when I was 9 my mom and I were playing on the computer and I look at the stairs and theres a dark, ghostly figure standing there. So I tap my mom and she's like, what the hell that looks like Grandpa and then it turns and just floats up the stairs - cue the phone ringing and my mom's grandpa had died.
@Dilynne I agree that it doesn't appear that you've ovulated yet, but that doesn't mean you won't. It could just be really delayed. I can ovulate pretty late in my cycle sometimes. Did you recently stop hormonal birth control? I wouldn't be worried about one anovulatory cycle this early. They happen sometimes!

@Dilynne - I don't see an O on that chart. I know how frustrating it is to have the crosshairs taken away. I do see a lot of open circles. Are you temping at the same time every day? Trying to get consistent around temping same time every days will help make your charts more reliable. Also you can skip temping during AF if you want to have some days off temping. It doesn't really matter what your AF temp is. I also recommend Wondfo OPKs too.

@Dilynne I agree with these ladies! I don't see O yet. FF probably gave you CH because of the CM being wet, and also because so many circles are open it probably "guessed" at your temp. Especially if this is the first month temping, FF had no previous data to go off of. Are you just coming off of BCP? I'm sure you know it takes a while for your body to regulate! Patience is the hardest part of TTC, I'm sorry this is frustrating!

R/R/CS: Think I will just move on to the tww tomorrow. Don't think I will get cross hairs this month but I did have other signs that point toward O at about day 14. Also it's my first month temping and I was sick for most of it.

Usually when it happens there seems to be another person or presence in the room who I feel is responsible for it. Once I actually felt the mattress dip when the 'presence' sat down next to me. It's very scary and I hate when it happens
ETA so I guess the proper term for it is sleep paralysis as @nursemarie925 said and @RatParade that painting is very accurate! Like there is some demon holding you down and you can't do a thing about it.
@beary67 thanks so much! yes I got the mabis. I've been worried that I wake up too much to pee in the night to get good readings and now I think stressing about it is making me sleep less. lol of course. My periods were only 2 days before BC and very heavy and my first one off BC was 2 days and light so heres to hoping it will adjust soon.

@virginiaham my Dr recommended staying out of hot yoga while ttc. That said if you were to do it between CD1 and O it would probably be ok. The heat might not be good for your H's swimmers either. I did do hot yoga before ttc and it is very hot. I've just been sticking to regular temp yoga since TTC but I'm also by no means an expert

R/R/CS: so I just started temping yesterday and I'm already super skeptical of the BBT I bought (the only one I could find after hitting multiple stores). My temp had registered exactly the same yesterday and today. Which seems pretty unlikely. I have tested it a couple times at random times (not recording just checking that the thermometer gives different readings) and I do get different temps those times but I'm still unsure. I guess I'll give it a shot this cycle and see how it goes. If I still don't think it's working I might have to order one online.
I did get a bit of a pick me up this morning at the gym when one of the other ladies in the class I go to several times a week commented on how great I looked and that she could really see a difference since I started in the fall.

A bunch of girls at the vet clinic I used to work at used to swear it was haunted sometimes late at night I'd hear the noise of food bags being moved on the shelves in reception if I was in the back but when is go out wondering how I missed the doorbell telling me someone came I and there wouldn't be a soul there.
My sister used to swear there was a native American ghost on the stairs of the house she lived in as a kid.
