First appt tomorrow

hello all, I am going in for an early u/s tomorrow. I had betas drawn at 3w5d and 4w2d and everything seems to be progressing normally. I have had two losses (mmc) previously around 10 wks. My Dr. wanted me get an u/s earlier than usual, hence my appt. tomorrow at 5w6d. I have nausea, fatigue and had mild cramps. Everything seems going well, but all I keep thinking about is that everything was also going well with my previous two. I am cautiously optimistic and was hoping to share my excitement/anxiety/nervousness with you all. We haven't told anyone just yet.

UPDATE: Everything looks as it should, measuring at 5w5d-6w1d. Could see yolk sac but too early for HB and doc says everything looks good so far. We need to follow up with another u/s in 10 days. I really hope this is my rainbow but it's too early for comfort!
