/Looking for a name that isn't uber popular, has a nice meaning and sounds good with older brother Miles' name (nickname Milo).

Love Sebastian! I don't like Leo with your last name. Leon is nice though. I also think Felix would work well.

Sebastian soto sounds good. Just don't give him a middle name starting with O or he will have SOS initials. that being said, there are a lot worse initials out there.
