Good Ole Google has got me all worked up this evening. I was due May 4, with a baby boy, who ended up being still born at 20 weeks. He had a double cleft palate and a portion of his skull didn't fully form. We did all the genetic and chromosome testing and he was perfect in those ways. Since then, I've continued taking the preplus 27-1 and added and addition 800 mcg of folic acid. Now I've read a few things (whether they're credible or not ) and now that I'm pregnant I'm worried I'm going to cause problems with this baby. Anyone have any incite?
Re: Is there such a thing as too much folic acid? (Loss mentioned)

ETA: ahh now I see, one of the pps probably meant to put "mcg" instead of mg. I'm still pissed that the medicine world can't use proper terms like "ug" for microgram (too bad I can't put a mu in on TB)
