Best cycle days to start Clomid?

I've seen that some ladies take clomid CD3-7, is there a big difference if you take it then as opposed to CD 5-9?

I've heard one is better for quantity of eggs and the other for quality of eggs. I'm on 3-7 because my RE hopes having more eggs will fix my LP problems and give DH's low morph sperm a better chance at fertilizing an egg.

I would just trust whatever days your RE tells you to take it, since they know your particular diagnosis.

I was told CD 3-5 
whatever your doctor tells you is what you need to do they know your diagnosis and would know which day is right for you

I just took my first dose and was instructed to do CD 5-9. Not sure what my doc's reason was for that but that's what she said to do.
