I am not a fan of any of them, except maybe Jianna...spelled Gianna...and pronounced Gee-ahh-nuh instead of with the "aw" in the middle

Jiana (ji-ah-na) pronounced like Giana but spelled with  j to go with other sibling name

Please don't take a great Italian name and put a J on it.  J is not part of the Italian alphabet, so misspelling it doesn't present well

No. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt that they were cultural or family spellings, but Gianna with a j is just trashy. Either pick a name that actually starts with a J or spell Gianna right.
