Teeth

Question for you ladies.  My lil boy is miserable, he got his shots Wednesday and today I noticed the bump of a tooth.  You can see the white of the tooth but it hasn't broken through the gums yet.  How long does it usually take to break through?  Rough week for us!

Re: Teeth

  • They can move up and down for months, some babies don't get their first tooth until a year old...
  • Our little one started drooling at 6 weeks, we could see teeth buds then and she just now hit 5 months and her tooth popped thru today!!

  • Thanks for the replies!  We had drooling and hand biting from 2 months on and in this last week we have sprouted2 teeth!  That combined with 4 month shots has made it a rough week but hopefully now that they are cut through we will get a bit of a break!

  • We thought LO was getting a tooth. Super drooly, cranky, and white buds on her gums. Nope. Turns out they're mucus cysts...not teeth. So she's just drooly and miserable because she wants to be. DD1 was 8 months before her first tooth popped through.
