Hello! I'm new here - Just had 2nd IUI

Hey everyone, 

I'm so glad I found a lovely forum with so many people in the same boat as me! 
I'm 30, living with my partner (38). We are both from the UK. 

We've had 2 IUI's so far with donor sperm, the first was a CP. I'm currently 4DPO on my second IUI so keeping my fingers tightly crossed.

    We're glad you've found this board. We've been here since pg with our first and have found it to be a great source of courage, inspiration, laughter, compassion and community.

    Good luck! I'm in the same boat--just had my second round of IUI almost two weeks ago and I'll find out Thursday if it worked. Hope you're making it through the wait OK!

    I'm sorry to hear about your loss.  I hope things go well for you with this cycle!
    Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
    Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
    TTC with frozen donor sperm and science

    7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
    2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
    Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
    Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!  
    fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! 
    Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

    First RE Appt 6-14-14: Endometriosis, thick lining, year IUD insert, :( TTC Break!
    IUD Removal: 5-19-15 (Inserted 11Months)
    Home ICI: 5-22-15 -Fail
    RE Appt 6-3-15: Still, Endometriosis, required hysteroscopy to remove polyps
    HSG 6-23-15 Left tube open, Right tube partially closed (1st rd provera and clomid 100mg)
    No Clomid response, No Menopur (150mg) response
    Straight to Injects (Follistim 225 UI & 10mg of Novarel) 10-29-15
    Cancelled Cycle 12-2-15 (Estradiol 1,867, no mature follicles)
    -       TTC Break until Feb 2016 –
    Provera 2-24-16 – 3-4-16
    CD No.1: 3-5-16
    RE Appt CD3 on 3-7-16 (200UI Follistim and Rd 1 Letorozole 5mg – days 3-7)
    Ovidrel Trigger Shot March 17th, 2016
    First IUI: March 19, 2016
