This week has been SO tiring at work that I am planning on being the biggest bum ever all weekend and I'm not ashamed in the least

Good morning and TGIF!

How far along are you? 5 weeks! Still so early, but 5 feels so much more established than 4

How big is baby? I love my ovia app's Parisian bakery theme. Baby is the size of a lavender bud this week, up from a grain of fleur de sel. Baby sounds like a very fancy pastry right now.

Rants/raves/questions? Not really a rant or a rave, just nervous about today's betas. It's my fourth round, and I know that this one is really just as routine as the first three, but I can't help but be anxious. I'll feel better when I get the results!

Lots of people come up with a nickname for their baby pre-birth, what's yours? Nothing has clicked so far. DD was peanut.

How far along? I'm 9 weeks along with friggin twins!!! (Due on our wedding anniversary  )

What size are they? I think my future Jedi are the size of a green olive 

Rants/raves/questions? I've been getting nervous about my symptoms! Some days I'm sicker than a dog, and then some I'm fine for most of the day. Is morning sickness not consistent? These babies will be my first. 

What are our nicknames for them? I call them chicken nuggets (since I crave them alllll the time) BUT my husband likes to call them Master-Blaster...From Mad Max 2 Beyond Thunderdome....He sometimes yells at my belly WHO RUNS BARTER TOWN?...We're dorks.

@BabyScisney hey there, just so you know for future reference, the ticker change is for those whose week goes up that day (your ticker changes that day i.e. From 7w6d to 8w), so if you're 8w4d today your ticker change day would be Monday.

Also, I noticed you posted in the intro that you're due October 6th. I'm due October 5th and am 8w2d so I think you would be 8w1d today? Which would make your ticker change actually on Thursdays. Of course unless you got a new due date

I love that yo call them future jedi @RipleyLV426 !  Although that wouldn't fly in my house as the husband would be quick to point out that "we're an Empire household"    I disagree

Also, Morning sickness can be morning and afternoon, and night sickness too.  I'm riding that train as well.

I feel like I have been six weeks forrrrreeeevvveeerrr and so happy to finally be 7 weeks today! (It's because last week I thought I was 6w2d and got bumped back to 5w6d after an ultrasound).

Feeling...... Horrible. Such bad morning/all day sickness. This week has been a week from hell. I've missed a lot of work but am finally feeling a little better.. However, I still can't go in to work until around noon and I leave around 4:30/5 because otherwise I pretty much can't function. Im seriously praying this gets better soon.. I want my life back! And am sad I can't take care of my son like normal (thank god for husband!! He's been amazing). 

No nicknames yet. To be completely honest I haven't really "connected" with this one as much as I did in my first pregnancy, I think because he/she is making me feel so sick at this point haha.

@anna.oskar Me and my husband are huuuuge Star Wars nerds. I keep messing with him that if it's a boy/girl duo, we have to name them luke and leia  This does not amuse him in the slightest. My other fave is Aliens, and hes not having Ripley as a middle name either....No fun BOOOO!

How big is baby? raspberry according to Ovia, but you all that are 8 weeks also say raspberry so who knows. I'm on mobile and can't see what my ticker says, lol.

How far along are you? 6 weeks! Based on Oct 21 due date, we'll be getting more precise at the 8 wk appointment but I'm sticking with that for now.

Last year we got married, I graduated from my professional degree program and his parents moved, so our house is a mess: full if extra couches, papers, binders, and unopened wedding gifts. We've been slow to get everything straightened up so this weekend starts our big push for spring cleaning / preparing for baby.

I've been leaning toward Sprout, my mom is french and it reminds me of when she would call us little cabbages / brussel sprouts ("chou") and tell us their were tiny babies in the brussel sprouts to get us to eat them.

How big is baby?  According to Ovia the size of a peppercorn.

Rants/raves/questions?  Feeling pretty good!  Excited to be starting week 5.

Lots of people come up with a nickname for their baby pre-birth, what's yours?  When we found out we were pregnant DH asked how big it was.  Ovia said it was the size of a poppyseed, so DH has taken to calling the baby poppy.  :-)  Super cute, but we will see if he/she gets promoted to peppercorn this week.

@RipleyLV426 Thanks! I was trying out new OB/GYNs last month and when my Dr came in and saw my pink and blue hair she said she liked it and that it reminded her of Harley Quinn and I was like "I love you" and cancelled my other appointments.

Also Ripley is an awesome middle name, I'm Def throwing that into the mix. And yeah, I think I even mentioned it on this board previously, if I was having boy girl twins Luke and Leia would be at the top of the list.

7 weeks, US and first appointment on Tuesday!! I'm a big ball of nervous excitement and fear! I think that's making me more nauseated than the pregnancy.

Rants/raves/questions - I'm going on a girl's weekend to Joshua Tree this weekend, and I'm super pumped to just hang out with my friends, play board games, pretend to drink, and forget about the pregnancy for a weekend.  I feel like all week all I've been thinking about are my symptoms/lack thereof, etc.  I'm looking forward to not worrying about any of it for 72 hours.  

Nickname? We've started calling this baby, "Baby G" for SO's last name.  However, whenever I say "Baby G,"  I can't help but think of a baby gangster.  Like this:

@LGW2015  No i am 8w4d according to the date i concieved my due date may change once i go to the dr or it may not. But i can count. Lol. I am 8w4d sorry to post in this guess i did not understand the ticker thing. Thanx for letting me know though. Appreciate you.

Rants/raves/questions-
I've been feeling light headed the last few days, which is not normal for me, and I'm having a lot of allergies.  We're having a hard time finding a house that we like and we've got to be out of our rental house by the end of May.  We put in an offer for a house earlier this month, only for the owner to decide that the house could only be paid with cash only, no financing. That was really disappointing and annoying.

I was on the Sunday ticker change, but I had my first ultrasound today and they changed my due date based on baby's measurements, so now I'm a Friday!

How far along are you?  7 weeks!  I was 7 weeks, 5 days based on LMP, so not quite as far along as I thought I was.

How big is baby?  A raspberry

Rants/raves/questions?  Morning sickness is terrible.  I didn't have any with my daughter, and this baby is making up for that.  I'm starting medication for it today - has anyone else had luck taking medication? They said it may take a few days to kick in.

Thank you everyone! Numbers came back- 5065 up from 281 last Friday! We have a dating u/s scheduled next week Wednesday. I'm off now to stalk the u/s post to see what to expect at (what I'm pretty sure is) 5 weeks and 5 days

8 weeks.. Wild strawberry sized....call it baby or bean ,gummy bear , whatever fits at the moment ...next ultrasound is Monday and I'm super nervous as I've been cramping in the middle of the night and most symptoms are gone all though I know it can all be normal...but 4 losses make this momma a nervous nelly

Rants/raves/questions? Had my first appointment today! Woohoo! But I went with a different DR this go around, and found out I will only be getting 1 ultrasound this pregnancy at 20 weeks, unless medically necessary. First world problem, but a little surprised we didn't get a dating ultrasound. Since it's a VBAC I am only allowed MAX to go to 42 weeks, and I believe I ovulated later, and want a more accurate due date to account for that for that reason. But it's too early to stress about that now!

@GotRedOnYou My cat keeps using my tits as a jumping board...Pretty much everything hurts and makes me sick! I've never been happier to BE so sick, but that doesn't mean I don't want to crawl into bed sometimes and never get out cause I'm tired of puking!
