My shower is Feb 21. It will probably be rainy and nasty but I'm wearing a dress and still searching for shoes. I have no idea what the theme is so I hope I don't clash! Any shoe suggestions? What are you wearing? What's your theme?
My work shower is actually this coming Monday! It's early, but it's the last time before May that my entire team will be together. I was just going to wear a regular work outfit. Pants and nice shirt. No clue what I'm going to wear for my big shower, which will be on March 20. Was going to just wear jeans and a shirt (as that's what most of the guests will likely wear) but should probably dress up a little more.
I ordered a few dresses so I can decide in person. The others I'll wear to two weddings I have coming up. The shower is a bohemian theme which is totally me, hence some of the dresses.
I ordered two for my shower on March 5 and I'm not really sure if there's a theme so I just picked a couple I liked and will go with what looks cutest.
I know I'm getting one, but I don't know when as it's supposed to be a surprise. DH kinda dropped the ball on that one, but I think he was kinda tired of seeing me bummed bc I thought I might not get one since no one had said anything.
That being said... My outfit will probably consist of jeans and whatever top I decide to wear that day since I won't really know I'm going to my shower till I'm there. Whatever is being thrown will end up being really casual anyway so I'm not too worried.
My shower is March 12th and I have no clue what I'm wearing! It's a Mad Hatter's Tea Party theme so I'll probably wear a dress but that's as far as I've gotten...I'll probably figure it out last minute.
I am not having a shower, but if I was I would buy this in a heartbeat. I love this dress, and have been eyeing it since before Xmas, but don't really have a use for it except for a shower. Now, I am sad I am not having one
@TXmamatobe love your dress options! I really like the first one. I could do a small wedge but my sciatica is so sporadic I'm afraid I'd be walking and have my right side go out! Do you think nude patent flats would look weird? They'd be mostly covered, but just peek out a bit

Nude flats would be really cute. Maybe some d'orsay style
My shower is on the 27th and I can't wait! It's book themed so I won't be dressing to the theme. I have a cute cream lace top I'll most likely wear with jeans and boots. Nothing too fancy.
I'm having a shower on March 6th. No theme, no games, etc. I've purchased a few dresses b/c who knows what the weather will be like and what I feel good in. It was raining on Sunday and will be 85 by this weekend. Here are some options I have. I'd like to wear wedges too.
I'm having 2 showers (April 3 & April 16). The thought of what to wear hasn't crossed my mind. I'm more concerned with what to wear at my brother's wedding March 13. Yikes!
So glad to see this thread. My shower is March 13th and I'm totally struggling to find something to wear. I have the hugest boobs since I got pregnant (pre I was a 32E/F) and I'm now up to a 34H/I...it really limits my options. So many cute things I want to get from Asos but most of them either won't fit my boobs or I'll look like a huge lump. My boobs still stick out further than my belly!! It's driving me a little insane. Now I'm thinking about maybe doing a pencil skirt instead of a dress...I dunno it's annoying me that I can't decide!!
@ayeshaohara I feel your pain!! Pre pregnancy I wore a 34HH. Now i'm up to 34I or 34J. My friend commented yesterday that my belly is finally bigger than my boobs. It really limits me for shopping and finding cute things, especially since i'm pretty small everyone else. If you find anything good....let me know!
My shower back home with family in Ohio is March 6th. I'll be flying home for that weekend. I have one so far I may order but want to keep looking. No real theme.
@onislandtime I love that!! Where did you get it? @PYLWhammy mine is the same day, 3/20!! Wait, aren't you in RI too??
I have noooo idea what to wear. None. I was looking at some cute stuff on Destination Maternity but I just don't know. Clothes are such a crap shoot these days.
@aehogan90 we're both in the same boat for sure. Lucky I'm tall so I get a bit of balance but I'm just so over these boobs! I will for sure keep you posted! Please do the same. I'm in Canada and heading to the states in a couple of weekends...hoping I have more luck there. Nordstrom have a pretty decent selection of stuff online so hoping that's where I'll find something!!

I have my eye on that one! PB is the bomb for dresses, such beautiful colors and designs.
If anyone has had some luck with other online maternity places can you please post where you've bought from? Would love to have a look and see what else is out there!!

I'm in MD! Though my shower on 3/20 will be in my home state (MI).
@TXmamatobe All of those dresses are awesome! I especially love the third one!
@onislandtime I agree with PP that nude wedges or pointed-toe flats would look best. Cute dress!
I'm not doing a shower, but I ordered two dresses for maternity/mother&son pictures in a month. Once they come, I'll decide for sure. I love the first one, but I think the second may work better because I'll probably be able to wear it as a dress or tuck it/ruch it and wear it as a tunic with jeans which gives me more options. Both coordinate with what DS will likely wear. The shoot is in a studio with reclaimed wooden floors and white brick walls.
@ayeshaohara Pink Blush, Asos, Destination Maternity/Motherhood maternity and Macys all have a wide selection of dresses and good sales. Target, Old Navy and Gap have some nice maternity dresses too, but the selection tends to be smaller and more casual. You could also try Zulilly (though their shipping takes a long time).

@Aquinna82 thanks! It's actually a maxi dress from pink blush, but I cut off the top since it didn't fit my boobs right. I have a regular cream tank top underneath and the lace top is from Maurice's
@aehogan90 what about this dress? I have it in navy and will be wearing it to an April wedding. I got a large and it's still plenty big for non maternity, maybe even a little too big but I still have a while to go lol
@kbrands7 I had forgotten about Macy's and just found exactly what I had in mind. Unfortunately they don't ship any maternity stuff to Canada so fingers crossed my size will still be available in a week and I can order it for store pick up! Thank you!!!!!
My shower is next weekend on the 13th! We had to have it early due to coordinators schedule and also, I'm commuting to my family for it, and can't fly past February. 8 hours away, 1 hour flight! Had to go with the flight.
Its valentines theme here and I just got this dress from New York and company, it's not maternity but very stretchy
I am obsessed with this dress from Pink Blush! Unfortunately, it is sold out in my size and I have no idea if/when it's coming back. Fingers are crossed that it either becomes available again soon, or that I find something similar elsewhere that I like.

I wanted this too!!!!! Would be perfect for my shower
My shower is March 6. I'll probably order something closer to the date because I don't know what the weather will be like, but right now I'm loving this:
April 4th. This is the dress. I haven't bought any maternity clothes and instead am adding some flowy, loose fitting stuff that will be comfortable now as well as postpartum.

I even love it with the Chucks!

Shower is March 5. Love this dress and the lace shoulders/back. Probably going to wear some flat sandals with it.
