Went for my dating ultrasound and unfortunately I seem to have had a missed miscarriage. This was my first pregnancy and have had all the symptoms, very severely. Should have been 9+ 3. My heart goes out to all who have experienced such loss.

I'm so sorry. I work in healthcare (with pregnant women), and if it's any consolation, the chances of this happening again with your next pregnancy are really low. I'm sorry that you have to go through this though. Take care of yourself.
