Anyone else sew, knit, crochet, or craft? Are you making things for your babies? Share your projects!

I'm making curtains and doing a lot of the decor diy. Right now I'm making the mobiles...I am doing woodland animals out of felt. I'd post a pic but I'm having issues posting pics from my phone.

I cross stitch but I haven't started anything for the baby yet. I did order a fox pattern because I'm leaning towards a woodland animal theme too! Once it arrives and I get started, I will share pictures here!

Thanks!! Here is the messy half assed markup I did for size. Its not very neat with the stitching but I wanted to see the colors and sizes of the pattern. It'll give you an idea.

I did a elephant mobile for my nephew. I'll try to find a picture of it.

I can't wait to start quilting! I make quilts for all the babies in my life, and I'm so pumped to make one for my own sweet babe!
Also on the list is crib sheets, change pad covers, tights, knotted hats. And I'd like to knit a blanket too.

I did a lot of crafting for my son's room and plan on starting when we find out baby's gender! For ds's room I made wooden letters spelling his name, rehabbed, stained and built book shelves out of wine boxes, and painted a few pictures for the walls. Ds has a woodland themed room! Lots of foxes!

I wish I knew how to sew! I can stitch but would love to be able to make curtains and a bed skirt on the sewing machine! Oh and I would love to make baby leggings!!

I can't wait to see everyone's finished work! I sew on occasion, and I'd love to make some things for the baby. I'm an epic procrastinator though when it comes to projects, so I'm glad to see this thread in hopes that it'll motivate me. JoAnn fabrics, here I come!

I have a sewing machine but I've honestly never really used it. I think I'll probably try to sew some crib sheets. It seems pretty easy.

And I just started looking up some mobiles I could make. I think I'll probably end up making one with colorful paper circles.

I have a Cricut Explore, so there has to be a way to craft something with it.

I'm crocheting a baby blanket, though it's taking me forever to finish. I think I can't get into it because it's gender neutral. I'm hoping once we find out baby's sex in a month that I'll kick out a few other projects but we shall see what time allows.

You ladies are making me miss being crafty! I used to crochet, sew and do woodworking. My DD has several blankets from when I was pregnant with her. But I haven't even remotely had energy to think about making something for this LO. Hopefully energy will appear soon!

I've made cross stitch stockings for me and DH a long time ago, and am making one for baby. I haven't picked it up in a month or so though. I feel like I have all the time in the world and am not motivated at all to work on it!

I craft, but right now am working on some valentines crafts haha: reversible St Patrick's day/valentines bunting, conversation hearts with our names and a heart wreath.

For dd I made burp cloths, some blankets and started a cross stitch project...never finished it. I also had started knitting a blanket when I got pregnant with our first, but when I miscarried put the blanket away. I've worked on it a bit since then but would like to finish it!

I just finished crocheting a blanket I had started with my first pregnancy that ended in loss. I've started a second one with a really thick yarn to be more mat-like for the floor

I wish I were crafty! Luckily my SIL is and already made (crocheted) us an adorable gender neutral blanket after she found out. It's soft I want to cuddle with it!! I'm excited to see how all of your work turns out!

I love all these ideas!! I bought a groupon for a beginners knitting class I'm going to start soon and want to make a baby blanket. I tried to teach myself how to knit a few years ago and it was a lost cause so hopefully this will be easier. I'm also planning on sewing some curtains and crib sheets. I hadn't thought about doing any cross stitching but I just might after hearing all your ideas!

I crochet! I make blankets for all my best friends' babies. I'm waiting until we find out the sex on February 15 (as long as baby's not being shy!) to start one for mine. Here's the blanket I made for my nephew!

I knit (mostly just blankets and scarves). I made a Hudsons bay blanket last year and hope to make a hat and another blanket.

I want to make a Dallas Cowboys blanket for him The Cowboys were my grandmothers favorite team. I grew up with her and my mom, until she passed away from cancer. So that's why I'm choosing a Cowboys theme nursery for him ❤️ But all I see online is little sets that just have way too much going on in the designs making it look a little tacky, so that's why I decided I'll just (try) and make the crib set so it'll be exactly how I want it !

@jlgriff11 that mobile is amazing! We are also doing a woodlands theme, I have been looking at buying mobiles.. They are so expensive!

We are making a wood tree stump into a side table and we also painted woodlands creatures and framed them!

I love everyone's ideas and projects! I can not knit or crochet sadly. If only. Thankfully my mom does so she's in charge of blankets. Here is an owl I made today for my mobiles.

I crochet and knit. I also have a sewing machine but I'm yet to be very adventurous with it. Not making anything for new baby yet but I'm making some crochet animals for DD. these were 2 I already made. I'm making a shark and a jellyfish at the moment; she likes sea stuff and fish currently. I'll make something for this baby when it feels more real......got my dating scan this week.

I just learned how to crochet. I am working on a hat for myself but my tension headaches have made it difficult.

I just drew them, sometimes you can find ideas on pinterest and kind of adapt them for what you want. I looked at lots of pictures of felt foxes and owls till I found something that didn't seem too complicated to draw. Then I just draw them on paper and cut the patterns out with all the peices, like wings, beak, ears, whatever. I will pin the paper to the felt and just cut and go. So I just make my own patterns.

We are doing a gallery wall- woodland creature is the nursery theme. I painted the fox and hedgehog (multimedia). DH did the little bunny on metallic with acrylics

I also crochet and knit but I haven't done that in a long time because I feel burnt out from it. Recently I have been doing more shirts, and baby onesies. Below is the onesie I used to surprise him with my pregnancy test.
