Once pp I had lost so much muscle control down there (this was maybe day 2) that I pissed all over my bathroom floor and literally thought I was going to shit my pants. Now I do kegels every time LO feeds. So much better!
@JoMunson That happened to me with DD too. Super unnerving to pee without any control. Kegels and squats though, not just one or the other! Kegels tone, squats help keep the pelvic floor supple.

I'm hittin the squats hard once I'm 6 weeks pp! I'm actually excited about it!

Filling my peri bottle always got me! Those giant post partum pads had a dual purpose.
