I get heartburn and reflux from drinking water too and I swear just looking at food gives it to me as well. Everyone keeps saying to expect a hairy baby
I read a while back that they've found a definite correlation between heartburn and hair. If that's true, I'll be giving birth to a toddler sized wookie.
Uhhhh, me too. I have had horrific heartburn since the very beginning. Zantac doesn't help, tums doesn't help, avoiding acids and lying down after eating doesn't help. Warm milk and honey is the only thing that sort of helps me. This kid is going to be like Fabio or Connie Britton.
Hi ladies. I'm lurking from the March moms board, but I'm right on the cusp of a February baby. I have had horrible heartburn my whole life but pregnancy made it ten times worse. Another mom suggested Papaya Enzyme and it works wonders!! I take one before bed every night. I still get a small burny feel in my stomach sometimes but I used to be throwing up every night so huge improvement! Zantec and Tums were making me vomit almost worse then the heartburn. I also found during the day that caramel apple pops work really well. The doctor says it's because of the excessive saliva. At work I used jolly ranchers but any hard candy would do.

Photo evidence that this indeed is the best type of ice
