Single Artery Umbilical Cord with markers

Hello!

Tomorrow we will receive the FISH results of our amnio. It has been a hell week. Our 22 week anatomy scan showed the SAU which led to a level 2 ultrasound Christmas Eve morning showing:

A hole in the heart
Clenched fists
Absent nasal bone

Any similar stories out there and what was the outcome?
