36 weeks and 5 days dilated and feeling menstrual cramps is it labor?

Hello ladies I'm 36 weeks and 5 days I am 2 1/2 cm dilated since last week. I have been having a lot of bh some very painful that I can nearly breath. I lost my mucus plug a while ago today I did lose some more as it regrow but I'm experiencing menstrual like cramps and pretty painful like I'm going to have a bad period. Overall feeling really lauzy and nauseous also. Anyone have an idea if it's bc I'm going into labor? Baby #1 I was induce at 36 weeks baby #2 I had at 38 weeks and this is my 3rd and has been so much worst I did experience preterm labor around 30 weeks and got all the good stuff to stop labor.
