Good morning ladies, its been 4 hours since i went to bed and its 12:45am and officially 12/31 so i got approval from DW to poas (i've been so impatient lol). And there was a BFP (faint positive line, but a line)... first time ever that its not stark white :-) calling the Dr. in a couple of hours to see if I could schedule a Beta. I still don't want to get my hopes up because I never tested out the trigger from 12/15, but I'm so excited.
GL @erica0901 with you Beta in the am and all the other ladies testing today and the rest of the week!

@vnegron87 and @wifeinraleigh28- No more iui's for us. They don't bother doing more than four at my age. DH and I have an appointment with the RE on Wednesday to discuss more aggressive options, then we have to have the Talk and decide if we want to try IVF or give up.
Happy New Years everyone! @wifeinraleigh28 and @vnegron87 RE wants to another cycle exactly like this one (letrozole, ovidrel, IUI). I'd like to be more aggressive and increase the letrozole in order to increase the amount of follicles, but RE is more conservative and doesn't want to risk multiples. After this next cycle though, if it doesn't work out, I want to be more insistent.

I hear you @erica0901. The REs are always so worried about multiples but when you're dealing with poor odds to begin with, I don't feel like we should hold back. Hopefully it won't matter though and you'll get your BFP next cycle.

I decided to cave this morning and POAS. I've been feeling super nauseous and having some twinges in my lower abdomen, so I figured it would be safe. Wrong! BFN. Now I just gotta wait until tomorrow for the official blood test to tell me my body has failed again. Infertility is such a horribly painful thing. Maybe next time.

Hey ladies i am new to the forum. Its nice to know i am not alone in this battle. I have been dealing with infertility for 2.5 yrs. I had one ectopic 2013 and had my left tube removed unfortunately… then miscarried in June 2015. It has been quite the emotional roller coaster as you all must know. The hardest part in watching your due date pass and close friends have their babies. Every time another friend says "I'm pregnant" i secretly scream inside. Even though i am of course happy for them but sad at the same time. So here i am on my 2ww… hoping for my New Years Miracle
@W8Nmiracles Welcome. Dorry you have to be here. You will find plenty of us who understand what you are going trought here. I know how hard it is. I know what you mean about seeing other people have babies, life moves on for them but stays stuck for me it seems.

Thanks Alyeena! Its nice to have the support of others who understand what i am going through. I also feel stuck in the same place with it year after year. Infertility is such a tough thing to deal with. I swear if i hear one more person say …"it wasn't meant to be or you are so young you have time stop trying it will happen!! AHHHH (that's me screaming lol).
Hey all! I got a call from my doctor after having my blood drawn this morning... HCG is at 9. Oh goody. I'm to stop all meds (estrogen, baby aspirin and PIO) go back in on Monday for another test. Doctor told me he was hoping it would be over 100, but yeah frickin right like my body would cooperate and get pregnant for reals this time. I should have had a 65-72% chance of it working, which for me (being a pessimist) means I really had like a 5% chance of it working.
Why is life so darn difficult sometimes!?!

History:
Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!! Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!) Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer.
3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016 HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)
Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March
