TWW---Beta week of 1/4

@Drove2u if it does not start when does your doc have you come in for a beta? Have you tested more recently? My fingers are crossed so tightly for you!!

Well that was short lived. ....

My beta on 13dipi was 29. Today it was 28.

They are monitoring me closing for an ectopic. I hope I just miscarry naturally, and soon.  

IF is so devastating.

Well, I started spotting last night for, like, a second. It was pink-ish and then it stopped. Now again this morning, but it's brown-ish. I'm three days late, but also on progesterone. So, I'm assuming it's just AF trying to come. On my way to have my beta drawn. Not hopeful

@NurseTMD85 How did the beta go? I know you said you thought you were starting but just wanted to check in.

AF finally showed up today. This just doesn't get any easier.

I'm so sorry @laurenlalap.  I'm devastated for you.  How awful to be so excited and then to have to go through that.  *hugs*

I finally got AF on Friday. Starting letrazole tomorrow. He upped my dose to three pills a day. And IUI will be soon after.

***BFP warning***
As some of you may already know I was expecting to be out the next couple of months due to procedures for a polyp removal and a tubal cannulation for potentially blocked tubes. I didn't even consider myself in the TWW as there was no IUI this month or really any trying. We just BD'd for fun. I was following this board to see how everyone was doing and knew AF was due last week. I did not get AF by last Friday and was getting nervous since my surgery was scheduled for this Wednesday. I took an HPT on Friday as a precaution and BFP!! I called the clinic and they ordered 2 betas. First beta came back at 120. Second beta was today and came back at 949! To say my husband and I are in shock is an understatement. We never thought it would happen just naturally especially after all the bad news we received last month. I'm hoping everything looks good at our first ultrasound and our little bean is healthy. Ladies it's been a very long hard year. And I was really discouraged the last few months with 2 failed IUIs and everything else. I guess anything is possible. I am so thankful for all the support I recieved on these boards and all the kind words over the last couple of months. Best of luck to you all!

Congrats @roxgibbons!!  Knowing you and I are in a similar situation, this gives me tremendous hope.  So happy for you!  Please keep us posted on your progress.

Thank you @wifeinraleigh28, @ZoeFer, @ Lin&say- I'm hoping for the best. I spoke to the clinic this morning and they confirmed that the numbers are looking good so far and my progesterone levels are in normal range. Since they previously suspected I had an issue with my tubes they want to monitor me more closely.  They want me to come in for another beta tomorrow to ensure progress. If the numbers are good tomorrow, they want me to come in and get an ultrasound within the next couple of days to confirm the pregnancy is in the uterus and not in my tube. I am so nervous. I've been googling ectopic pregnancy symptoms all morning. Every little twinge or cramp I feel, I freak out. I hope all is well.

@roxgibbons So exciting!!!! Congrats!!!!

No go for me this month. BFN on Friday and started AF Saturday. We're immediately doing another round on the same meds and my day 3 BW today looked good. Starting clomid Wednesday. See some of you on the January board! And good luck this round!

@roxgibbons I hope everything goes well at your appointments!  I know I would be just as anxious as you are, but your chances are good and you have good numbers so far.  Symptom spotting is only going to make you more anxious!  I'm excited for you.

Thanks @wifeinraleigh28!  I went in for my ultrasound yesterday and the nurse found the gestational sac and yolk sac in the right spot! Thank God! I was so worried it was in my tube. The baby measured at 5 weeks and 2 days. I go in for another ultrasound on the 27th to hear the heart beat. Once we get through that appt, the clinic said I get to graduate out of there and go back to my regular OBGYN. It's starting to feel real
