My back is killing me. I'm literally 5w1d....what the heck, kid?! My back didn't hurt with DS until I actually had a huge bump. I am barely bloating at this point. Calm. Down. Nugget.
I've done pre-natal yoga the last two days and it only seems to be getting worse. Any good stretches you ladies do? It's mostly my middle-lower back.
