We have narrowed down to 2 boys names and 2 girls...

Eleanor Belle
Zoe Amelia

Jude Nathan
Niall Abram

We love these, but have issues with all. such as matching with DD, Evelyn, or that both mine and husbands name starts with J, so Jude is another J, and my family dislikes Niall. What do you think?

I prefer Eleanor but personally find it to close to Evelyn.

Prefer Jude and since DD doesn't have a J name I wouldn't think twice about the letter thing

I also prefer Eleanor to Zoe but find it kind of close to Evelyn.  I don't think Zoe really "goes" with Evelyn, but that's just my opinion and names don't have to "go" with each other, obviously.

I like Jude and wouldn't worry about the J thing.  I also like Niall, but I prefer Jude.

Definitely Jude! I don't think 3 Js is a problem at all, since DD is an E.

I think Eleanor is a little matchy with Evelyn, but agree that Zoe just doesn't "go with" Evelyn. I would choose Eleanor of the two. What about Norah?

Although Eleanor and Evelyn are matchy, I still like Eleanor better than Zoe. Especially since I like Eleanor with the nickname, Nora.

I don't think that having another J name is an issue. I like both Jude and Niall (who cares what your family thinks....not their vagina, not their sperm, not their baby, not their naming rights), but if I was choosing, I would choose Jude because it seems to flow better with Evelyn.

I like Jude Nathan a lot, but I also understand not wanting three names starting with J in the family. I wouldn't worry about what your family thinks of Niall if you choose to use it. We never run any of our names by family or friends until it's set in stone and written on the birth certificate. I'm sure they aren't all in love with the names we use, but they're not the parents and it's hard enough getting two people to agree on a name.

Eleanor is too close to Evelyn for me and I'm not crazy about the flow of Eleanor Belle, so I vote Zoe Amelia (although I prefer the name Eleanor over Zoe by far).

Not a fan of Niall. Love Jude. I don't think the J thing is a big deal.

Eleanor is nice but too close to Evelyn, so Zoe by default.

Eleanor Belle almost rhymes. Are you ok with that? Does it flow into your last name? I actually typically find that hard to listen to but Eleanor Belle is kind of cute to me. I also don't think it's too matchy with Evelyn. Alliteration isn't always a big deal.

Jude with it.

Eleanor and Jude for sure, Niall makes me think of One Direction.
