Thoughts on Darren

Is Darren still an okay name for a boy? I know it's not hugely popular but it's been on my mind for a while now. I'm thinking of Darren Christopher for my 3rd son.

I actually like it a lot. It's a great example of a unique name as its recognizable yet uncommon.

When i was a kid there was as weatherman on the local news named Darren Perren - i thought the rhyming was unfortunate but hey, I still remember his name! 

But if it flows with your last name I say do it - I really like it with Christopher too.
