Whoo hooooo! Ultrasound was great! My lining is 12.1! The nurse was surprised and thrilled. Me too! So we are officially scheduled for 12/15! The down side... PIO starts tomorrow! Yilkes! LOL. The nurse drew circles on my butt with a permanent markers where it's supposed to go!! I couldn't help but laugh!

@Alyeena We will have ours on the same day! That's exciting!

I'm feeling good! I also got some stills from the U/S (since I was asleep during it lol). I hadn't eaten since 7pm last night, so DH stopped on the way home (3:30ish) and got me cheese fries and a gyro. Pretty sure embaby loved it  How are you feeling today?!

@Colleen0516 what time do you go in tomorrow? Fx for you!!

@ShayLatrice feeling ok! I slept so well last night and had acupuncture this morning. Planning to spend most of the day on the couch with the pups, cuddling and watching Christmas movies lol

I'm glad you are feeling well. I'm really exhausted today... wishing I had taken the entire week off  but luckily I work from home tomorrow so I'll be ok for one day! Isn't is strange how you are feeling in love with that lil embaby ALREADY! It's like... so explainable. Your DH sounds like mine... he has hung the pic up on my vision board and he keeps staring at it. That is so sweet!!! We have some awesome DHs!

Both embryos thawed!!! They both looked excellent according to my doctor!!! Both were transferred! Ahhhh, it's so crazy to know that there are TWO babies inside me. Such a great, hopeful feeling!

Had to give blood today to check progesterone levels. I'm waiting on them to call me back and let me know if I need to increase my progesterone. They want my levels to be at least a 20. I'm hoping that it is there because I'm really not interested in taking 2ml of of PIO. Can you imagine how big that knot is gonna be? UGH

@ShayLatrice  Fx you don't need any additional! My RE isn't monitoring me over the next 12 days. Not sure if that's common? He never did with my IUI's during the 2ww either. I am on 2 types of progesterone  (PIO and the vag suppositories) and estrace still though, maybe that's why... Let us know what happens!

Progesterone was an issue with my last pregnancy that I lost last year so I think that is why they are monitoring me... she said it was well over 40 so I won't see her again until my Beta on the 21st. I'm glad I can be an over achiever today... YAY! I am so happy that I don't have to add more to my shot... I hate the progesterone enough as it is. ok... how that you are one day in... are you feeling anything strange/weird/different going on?

I'm feeling all kinda weird twinges and pains in my lower abdomen. I hope that means implantation...this is so NERVE WRECKING!!!!

@ShayLatrice So glad your progesterone is over 40! That's awesome! And I really hope it is implantation!!

I am also on PIO and vag suppositories too. Hopefully that's enough! When I had my blood work yesterday, my estrogen level was 2081. That's pretty high. Anyone else have a number that high before transfer? I am wondering if it's too high?

Yay! Over 40 is great, and your RE being cautious is a good thing too! So glad you don't have to add more PIO to your routine.

I keep imagine some slight cramping. I think it may be in my head, trying not to dwell on it, but definitely looking closely at the tp after using the bathroom. What's hard for me is that I've never had a normal cycle or normal/consistent symptoms of one so anything that's off will make me
Wonder both ways!

I really hope that what you're feeling is your little bean implanting! Fx and Tx and everything in btwn!

@amos1417 mine wasn't that high, but from what my RE mentioned, as long as you aren't over 3k, they don't care. Your still quite a ways under so I wouldn't worry about it!

Yeah, I'm trying not to focus too much on it, but it's so hard not to. LOL... hubby is going in for some testing next week so hopefully that will give me a huge distraction since I'll have to be focused on him.

PIO was a piece of cake! I am so relieved! I iced for a few minutes first while the needle full of oil rested on the heating pad and then as soon as DH was done, I put the heating pad on and walked around. I don't know what I would do without him.

@halips .. Congrats on being PUPO! @amos1417 you are next. I'm jealous of you who the PIO is easy for. I was in a lot of pain from it last time. So, the doc said we are on for next Thursday for the transfer!

@Joyzie77 I heard they get worse as they go on. We shall see. I am so excited for our transfers next week. I hope I sleep better tonight! Lol

Thanks @Joyzie77! It was another odd night for me. I was up again between 4-5am for about an hour. I hope a pattern is not developing.

Well... I've come down with whatever bug that has been going around my office because SICK people don't know how to STAY home and not pass their germs. I am so miserable this morning and I'm really just hoping it passes fairly quickly.

I'm feeling ok. Wishing I wasn't at work today, but at least it's the weekend tomorrow. I really don't feel any different than before transfer, but I know that's incredibly common. I just keep telling myself that I'm PUPO!

@shaylatrice BIGGEST PET PEEVE! I hate that people are hacking and snot running down their face etc. and decide they should come to work. Rest up and I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks! @halips! Don't worry about not having any symptoms of feeling any different. I know 2 girls at my clinic that had fresh transfers in/around October that were convinced they weren't pregnant even on the day of their beta, but they are!! One has twins and one has a singleton. I'm pretty envious and happy at the same time.

I haven't been sleeping through the night since being on the PIO either... I feel like it makes me have to pee at like 3am every morning.. and then I'm just laying in the bed singing random words til I fall back to sleep.

I have been having  intense dreams that are SO REAL since starting PIO. I have no problem falling asleep at 8:30pm like an old lady, but then wake up at 3 every morning to pee as well. That aside, I feel like I've been getting some of the best sleep of my life lately!

So... I'm uber annoyed right now and I'm almost starting to regret telling the people I told about this process. They keep telling me that I AM pregnant... correcting me anytime I say if this test comes back positive saying 'WHEN, it comes back positive". I'm all for positive speaking and thinking... but people who don't have this struggle really don't understand it. I don't have a lot of excited emotional energy to give to this process until it is final and I know for certain I'm pregnant and my baby is healthy! I keep correcting them like "if" this test comes back positive, then I will be pregnant. Right now... I'm not pregnant. I had an embryo put back into my uterus that I'm hoping becomes a successful pregnancy. It's like why are you arguing with me about something you know absolutely nothing about... you couldn't possibly understand the anguish, pain, frustration or level of hope it takes going through this process. 

I can still be hopeful that I will end up pregnant AND be realistic that there is a possibility that it won't work the way I want it to. That doesn't mean I'm not being positive...sometimes ALL you can really do is be hopeful. You can't be mad at me because you ask me if I'm excited and I say "no", I'm not excited but I'm ready. This is my journey...not theirs. So I had to give it to them straight... I don't have it in me to say I'm pregnant and then what if the 21st comes and I'm not? I'm the one that has to deal with the aftermath of the disappointment. You haven't invested any emotions, you haven't invested your time, you haven't invested your money and you haven't invested your body in this process to be able to tell me how I should verbalize my hope AND my reality. And now they keep asking me what time do I go in for the BETA and I'm like don't worry about it. You'll find out if I am pregnant with everyone else at the end of the 1st trimester now...here's the kicker... now they are offended at me? Like really??

@Shaylatrice I understand what you mean SO much. Especially the part about "WHEN it comes back positive". No they do not understand, unless someone lived this situation then they don't understand. I know what you mean about the BETA test, it feels like if you share a little bit of your journey with people, they must know ALL. That was my mistake last time, and I won't be making it again. I don't mind sharing my journey, but after, when I hold my healthy baby in my arms and the pain is far away. If in fact I ever do so have a heathly baby.

When we had our first IVF cycle and fresh embryo transfer July 5th and even before when I was talking about tests, and injections and the whole process, my mom kept telling me "it will work" "you will get a baby in 9 months" and everything. It made me so mad, like, NO it may not work I wanted to shout at her, but I kept my mouth shut. And then it did work, and my mom was like "See, everything will be well" but even if I told her it is still early and we have to wait and see she would not hear it. And then I had a miscarriage.

Even my little sister was like that, she even came to visit us and was with me at my appointment for the 7 weeks ultrasound and when we did not hear the heartbeat my nurse said the we do another ultrasound in one week and if we still do not hear a heartbeat then it means the pregnancy is not viable unfortunately. On the way home in the car I was crying and my little sister told me to "stop being so negative all the time" and that "it would be fine, you will hear it next week, stop worrying for nothing". Then next week still no heartbeat. My little sister did feel like a horrible person tho, she said that now she understood, that I was right and that she should not of said something like that.

The hardest part out of all of it was telling all these people about my miscarriage, my sisters, my brother and my mom, even my in-laws, most everyone was so in shock like how could this ever happen, they never thought that could be possible because everything was supposed to go well. The only reasonable people were my sister cause she knows how hard miscarriage is and my brother because he's a doctor.

So this time I am really not telling anyone but my sisters. I yelled at my husband the other day because he told his parents we had an appointment early at the clinic and I didn't want them to know we are trying again. I won't tell most people until we reach the second trimester this time.

I do not want to have nobody telling me "Congratulations" this time until I at least hear a heartbeat and even then.
