June 2016 Moms

First time mom at 26

Hello everyone , as I type I feel a bond with you guys already, because I know we are at the same level of pregnancy and can relate more. I'm a first time mom no abortions or miscarriages I'm 26 and I just found out a week ago that I was pregnant and I can't stop researching and learning all about pregnancy. I have no symptoms at all except the casual sore breast but its bareable. I can't wait to feel my baby , then I will actually believe one is in there. For now I can't believe it , hope all is well with each and everyone of you cause I'm a bit moody patrudy lol

  • I'm 26 and a first time mom too! This is my first time commenting on a board but I'm hoping to get more involved. I've been reading everything waiting for my 72 hours to be up so I could participate!
  • Welcome!  I'm also a FTM at 26!  It's funny, because I too can't wait to feel the baby so that this pregnancy feels real.  Right now I don't think of myself as pregnant.

When we saw the heartbeat flicker on Monday, and I got to hear it beat today, it was pretty sobering... A very cool experience.  I can't wait to get to know you! Happy & healthy 9 months! :)

  • Welcome!  I'm also a FTM at 27.  First pregnancy and all of this is new, exciting, and scary.  I had my my first ultrasound on Monday, and it was so exciting to see my little bean and the heart flickering.  DH and I are so excited!
  • Welcome! I am also a first time mom and I am 26 as well. I cannot be more excited!
  • Welcome! Once you get your first US it will feel more real, especially if you are non-symptomatic! I never got symptoms until the 8-9 week mark though, and even then they have always only lasted a couple weeks (I know, I'm one of the lucky ones!) hopefully you will be lucky and not have many symptoms!
