Lovanox Allergy

I have been on lovanox for about 2 weeks and am covered in a rash and hives. My doctor wants to switch me to heprin if it doesn't improve. Has anyone else had problems with lovanox or used heprin?

I'm in heparin now due to cost. The only difference is that you have to draw up the solution- it's not already on the syringe. And twice a day injections. They don't sting nearly as much either.

Really? I have heard heparin stings much more so that is good to hear.
