About BRAT. When they say apple sauce, they mean apple sauce, not just apple products. Apple juice will just cause more diarrhea. We had to learn that the hard way with our first.
Also for reflux babies. Feeding them on their sides with one cheek down prevents the milk from pooling in the back on their thoats which helps to protect their airways.
