Thank you I feel so much better now. Was feeling so guilty about transitioning to formula even though it would have been impossible for me to pump enough at work to keep up with this gluttonous baby of mine! And flat out just wanting my body back!

I really wish society would stop the guilt and shaming of moms using formula! I'm glad this article was helpful. It made me feel better as well.
