@laurad75 YAYYY!!!! That’s all I can say!!! So excited for you 🌈❤️
@ladyp0tter congratulations on fantastic results!!! I’m just so thrilled that it went well for you two!
@Jamieh2000 I’m really stoked that you can transfer again. I have heard about the antihistamine protocol but my clinic typically doesn’t use it. I’m hoping that also by the time you transfer some of the seasonal stuff will have calmed down.

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA! Struggling this week with nausea. I’m really just wanting that part to be over! 18 weeks yesterday. I’ll have a sneak peek ultrasound tomorrow but then nothing until anatomy scan on 10/28. No real bump yet, just more of a beer belly look 🤣 I did buy a baby Doppler just to ease my mind. It will be here tomorrow.
Hi all; I’ve been silent on these boards for several months, but have been keeping tabs on everyone and rooting for some good results! I got Lupron Depot shots in July and August to help endometriosis. I called in September to see what next steps would be and they were like “please come in December 5. You won’t get a period before then anyway.” That was a bit of a downer to hear; but I’ve been twiddling my thumbs patiently. Well, this week I’m getting what seems like my period, so finally I called today. They didn’t seem to believe me that it wasn’t just spotting, but nevertheless said I could come in tomorrow and do a baseline u/s and bloodwork to see where my levels were at. I’m nervous ...
@lucyb1954 Sorry that you are still feeling the nauseous, hopefully it does pass soon! Beer belly....lol, I am sure you are glowing! @lrynwnab Great news, hopefully they can start you this month. Sorry don't recall if you have a protocol set up and if this is the first time for you. @laurad75 Yah! This is great news, totally understand you being cautiously optimistic. Have a wonderful hike and the rest of your trip.
@laurad75. Congratulations girl!!! So exciting! So very happy for you.
@hopefuljj. thank you for clarifying. I don't know much about anti-histamine protocol, just that it exists. I actually contacted my doctor asking if she thought I should be on it because I feel like I have an insane amount of extra histamine as I get such severe allergies and hives at times. Waiting for the docs response.
@lucyb1954. I really hope your nausea finds its way out the door....I cant even imagine if you have to deal with this till the day you deliver.
@FuzzyDust@lmajin99 thank you for the well wishes. @lyrnwnab good luck with your baseline...hopefully you can start soon.
AFM: Ultrasound today to check my lining. Im on 4mg of estrogen a day and start progesterone next Saturday. I still cant get over how calm I feel about all of this when I typically have a lot more anxiety. I think it just means I know this is all going to work and these embryos are my babies! Already told me clinic I want to transfer my best graded Female embryo. Under 2 weeks to transfer and finally getting to meet @ladyp0tter in person! So excited!
On a totally unrelated note, we are trying to decide what to do about Thanksgiving. My sister in law and brother in law asked us last night if they can stay with us for a week when they are visiting from Idaho with their 2 young kids. They want to stay here without the kids and the kids will be at their surrogate grandparents house that live about 30 minutes from here. At first we were like, of course, you are all welcome here in our new big house. But now, both me and my husband are kinda having anxiety and freaking out a little about them coming here. They do NOT follow CDC guidelines and don't wear masks regularly. Especially when they come here to visit, they will be going to visit all their friends (they moved from San Diego to Idaho this summer) and their friends are the type of people who think Covid is a hoax and don't wear masks. My husband has a pretty bad anxiety disorder and knowing I will be pregnant and having them here in the house is giving both of us anxiety as we know if I get covid while pregnant, we could be pretty certain I would lose the pregnancy. Plus with all my health issues, I would for sure be the type of person who doesn't do well with my asthma. I feel safe at work because every single person I encounter is wearing a mask and everyone is being safe. But when someone is living in your space and not regularly following social distancing and mask wearing, then how safe is that? this is what we see in the hospital, people who get sick, get it from their family gatherings typically and the whole family ends up getting covid. Plus, last year my sister in law asked us to babysit and she said her 2 year old had a runny nose....she ended up coming over and got increasingly sick as the night went on, coughing and her nose was like a faucet. 2 days later, she told me her daughter had Croup! So I don't trust that they will be honest if they have symptoms or not. What would you guys do???

@andreamm31, that is super stressful. I would say they have to find somewhere else to stay. You could just blame it on something else - say you need to be really strict because of x reason, or a scare at work, or something else. Sorry for that added stress. Thanks as well for the good luck wishes.
@lmajin99 Thanks for the kind words. As far as my plan, I am trying to plan for a frozen embryo cycle. I had a m/c at 8 weeks in April then did an ERA which showed endometriosis. That's why I went the Lupron Depot route. I have an almost 3 y/o with a frozen transfer back in early 2017. I had 2 chemical pgs on frozen transfers last fall, then tested the embryos, then transferred in March a week before covid, only to m/c. Fun times ...
It was a weird morning -- the ultrasound tech was like, well it does look like you got your period; then she said she saw a cyst on my ovary, but it might be OK if it's not producing estrogen. They took blood work and I didn't get to see the doctor, so waited for a call. The nurse called and said "I was going to give you a call on instructions going forward, but it looks like there's a note in your chart that says cancel. Why is that?" I was like, "...I have no idea." Come to find out, it was not a cyst, it was a follicle. They said I was about to ovulate in a few days. What! Hopefully next month will be more normal ... at least it's not a cyst!
@lucyb1954- aww a sneak peek ultrasound?! how exciting! I think the nausea really has to let up soon. I know it took until like 20 weeks for me. keep us posted!!
@lrynwnab- ok well i think a follicle is good news?! if you ovulate soon, then period in 2 ish weeks and then you can start your cycle and transfer?! So hopefully transfer by THanksgiving? or does your clinic do a priming cycle with lupron first? This year needs to end with you preggo! You have had such a rough 2020 friend
@andreamm31- i'm glad you are feeling so good about transfer! Good sign its soo soon!! exciting to know the sex too. We are planning to transfer a girl as well! As far as your in laws coming to visit, do you they know about the transfer? If so, i would hope they would be understanding. Can you wait and see if it works and then decide? or would they need notice if they can't stay with you. The good thing is that its your DHs family, so imo he should deal with telling them no if thats what you guys decide... I would be super hesitant if you're pregnant. If you aren't, its still risky because it could effect a future transfer if you did somehow get covid.

@andreamm31- Oh hell no! You've put in way too much time, money and energy into trying to get pregnant to have some people who are not taking Covid seriously staying in your home just weeks after your transfer. If the transfer works, you're potentially putting your pregnancy at risk. If it doesn't work, you're going to want to gear up to try again asap I'm sure and you getting Covid would def throw a wrench in that plan. Paying for lodging is just part of travel, or it sounds like they know other people in your area that they could stay with. Either way, you shouldn't feel bad about this.
@andreamm31 can you ask them to get tested? I don’t know how much you are sharing with your family but if they know what’s going on you can tell them that you have to be extra careful and maybe it’s best that they stay elsewhere. Also, I agree with Jamie that you should tell your husband to talk to them.

@laurad75@c-town18@JamieH2000@lrynwnab You guys are all so right! I had pretty much come to that conclusion today and then I got a text from my husbands sister telling us one more time their travel dates and to let them know if it is ok for them to stay with us. I haven't responded because, just like you guys said, it really should be him that should tell them. They know we are transferring an embryo and they know how hard our journey has been. I would be open with them coming to visit us in our home, but with masks on and for a short time, where we spend the majority of the time outside. I know too much as an ICU nurse about what can happen and I know for sure if any of us were to get covid while doing this fertility journey, I bet they would make us wait at least 6 months after the infection because of all of the vascular symptoms associated with it. It would be super dangerous. My husbands anxiety has been so terrible since they asked us, he also is freaking out about it and he plans on letting her know tonight that we just cant risk anything. Especially, not now. Thanks ladies for the advice and support. Much appreciated!!!

Bad news for me...My cycle got canceled due to fluid in my lining. Dr. said that there is a lowering of implantation possibility even if the fluid was to go away. I am not willing to risk one of my embryo's so I decided to agree with her to just move on. So I will be taking 10 days of oral progesterone to induce my period. Then starting over at CD1 and getting a new baseline on CD3. If timing works out and no more fluid come CD3, then I should transfer around Thanksgiving. I'm just praying that this was a one time thing as it has not happened to me before. She thinks it may have been due to the water ultrasound I had previously. I have a feeling it had to do with my birth control pills that caused me to have a really light brown period before starting estrogen this time. the Dr. will not make me take more BCPs. Sigh....it's always something!!! I think I am the MOST sad that this means Andrea and I can not meet for our transfer!!!! I know we will meet at some point, but this was going to be OUR time!!!

@LadyPotter oh damn! I’ve had the same issue!! It was so weird but it cleared on it’s own. I had never had it before either. It then popped up one other time but I don’t think it’s going to be a recurrent issue for you. I’m so sorry about it:-/ that’s so so annoying!
@andreamm31 looks like you have already come to this conclusion but just wanted to add a big resounding HELL NO! And also you guys shouldn’t feel bad about it AT ALL! Everyone knows how dangerous a fever is in early pregnancy so I mean, just no. And the people that I know who got it (and survived) have had all sorts of weird residual side effects. My friend has had to push her transfer by at this point about 7 months after getting it in March!
@laurad75. YAAAAAAAY!!!!! So beta is tomorrow?!!!! Good luck lady!!
@lucyb1954 ohhhhh excited for the ultrasound . Really freakin hope the nausea takes a hike soon:-/

Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.

@LadyPotter How disappointing! But glad it was caught and hopefully will clear up for your next cycle and you can have the transfer for thanksgiving. @andreamm31 I agree with others, too risky to be around that right after the transfer and you do not want to put yourself at any additional risk. Do you have an approx date for the transfer now? @laurad75 Good luck with the beta tomorrow Hope you had a super fun and relaxing get away.
@ladypotter- nooo! Cancelled transfers are so disappointing and so sad you guys can’t meet. I do think it’s better to be safe than sorry but still ugh. I had fluid once. But my lining wasn’t growing great so we decided to cancel and investigate. A saline showed a polyp that we removed. I hope the fluid is just a one time fluke!!
@laurad75- beta day!! So excited for good news for you!! How did DH take the good news?!

@ladyp0tter I'm so sorry. That's so disappointing. Like you said, this is hopefully just a one time thing and you will be cycling again soon.
AFM: beta looked great at 577 which is such great news. I go back Wednesday for a 2nd beta. It is hard to feel confident after so many disappointments, which just really sucks. I have been lurking the June BMB and so many woman are on there after taking one test. They pee on a stick and that means they are having a baby. Meanwhile, I'm over here looking at my pee stick progression and hoping for a good beta and now praying for the number to double and then a good healthy ultrasound in a couple of weeks before I can feel remotely relaxed. I know I'm not alone but the PTSD is rough.
The trip was awesome and H was about as excited as he gets for when we are pregnant. It takes a while for it to really sink in with him. For example, he asked me last night if I wanted wine with dinner. No. No, I'm actually not drinking right now.

laurad75 - Awesome! I hear you on being too traumatized to get really excited in these early stages, but hey that's the best news that you could have received today.
@hopefuljj oh my gosh, that is terrible about your friend. And one more reason we are happy we are taking all the precautions. @lmajin99 my transfer is October 29th if my lining cooperates. im having an extra ultrasound tomorrow because my last one showed my lining at 6.6. They started me on vaginal estrogen on Friday night. So im praying it thickens up. @ladyp0tter you know my heart breaks that we are not on the same timeline now and even more so because we won't get to meet next week. But we will meet and take those pregnancy pictures together! Sending you so much love. @laurad75. YIPPEEE So happy for that great first beta! And so happy you had a great trip!

@ladyp0tter Ugh, even though it's for the best, so disappointing. And you guys were looking forward to meeting up too :-( On a positive note, one of the ladies in my Resolve group had to cancel her transfer due to the same reason and her next transfer was successful! @andreamm31 My lining never got above 8.6 for my successful transfer, so I think you should be good as long as they get it over 7 mm @laurad75 Awesome first beta~ FX for doubling on Wednesday! I totally understand the feeling about struggling to get excited at the first pink line -- TW I had one natural pregnancy (my first BFP) in between IUI and IVF and I was absolutely elated only to find out at my first u/s that things looked bad. Never been able to feel that excitement again, even with successful transfers. It's like getting burned, in a way.
AFM we're just holding steady; DH is on vacation - staycation - and so we've just been hanging out and doing alot of local activities. Just got the preliminary closing docs for the refinance yesterday so that's moving along yay. I'm using this time before the closing to decide if I want to start stims with my next cycle (in Nov) or wait until after the holidays. I'm sorta leaning towards after the holidays just because this is the first Christmas DD is going to really understand and be excited over and I'd rather focus on her than a retrieval/transfer. And I'll need to be off one of my meds to do the cycle and transfer and we haven't been able to get off it yet.

@mbradfo2. I think that is a good plan and seems like you really thought through it. IVF can be so overwhelming, and if you want to focus on your DD, then that seems like the right thing to do.
AFM: Lining check yesterday was 9.6! So full steam ahead. My next hurdle is my blood work on Friday. If those numbers look ok, I will be all set for transfer next Thursday.
My doctor did not like the protocol my RE did here in SD with my ERA. She uses a different protocol for transfer. So because of that, she doesn't want to use my ERA results recommendation. They have me transferring at 230pm on Thursday. So I start my progesterone Saturday morning. But I decided that since my ERA said I need 144 hours, I am going to do my first PIO IM injection on Friday at 230pm. I just feel like it wouldn't hurt anything and it will give me piece of mind. My ERA was 1.5 ml of progesterone and this transfer is only 1ml of progesterone.... so that makes me think if my ERA said I needed 144 hours of that 1.5 progesterone, then I am going to give myself the extra dose (but just of the 1 ml.). Would you guys do the same thing?

@andreamm31 Great news on your lining! It would give me anxiety if 2 doctors disagreed with ERA results but if you are confident in your current doctor than that's the right answer. I don't think there is any harm in giving yourself the extra progesterone.

andreamm31 - I would not mess with your transferring clinic's progesterone recommendation without running it by the transferring clinic RE first. S/he may say it's totally fine, especially if they know you feel strongly about wanting to stick to the ERA timing. You need to make sure you're all on the same page though about when you started it versus when you're transferring. (Let me know if I'm reading your post wrong, but I'm reading it as you're considering tweaking the protocol on your own without talking to the doc first.)
@andreamm31- that is a great lining! I'm not sure what blood work they are checking (probably just estrogen), but I can't imagine it wouldn't be just fine with all the estrogen you are on! However, i find it pretty concerning your new RE wouldn't want to follow your ERA results. What does she mean by different protocol? You are still doing a medicated FET (not a natural or stimulated FET), so really, its just the hours of progesterone i would think. What else could be different in the protocols? I would definitely discuss with her why she doesn't want to follow the ERA timing and not just change it yourself. However, if she won't agree, I would maybe still change it myself... but then i would probably be looking for a new RE also if you disagree about something this big. As you probably know, i am a huge believer in ERA since its really the only reason i have my son (and have had my timing confirmed with 3 ERAs now).
@mbradfo2- i get wanting to wait until after the holidays! it would also give you more time if you are taking an egg quality supplements
@laurad75- Can't wait to hear second beta results today!!!
AFM- baseline was today and we are good to go! I had a slight cold and runny nose last week, and I'm just so nervous it was COVID (though i had minimal sore throat, no fever, no cough). So it really likely wasn't covid of course, but my covid test is on tuesday and if somehow it was positive, we are cancelled of course. it sounds irrational... but after everything else that has gone wrong... anyways, keep your fingers crossed for me that my lining grows well since i have had lining issues in the past.

@laurad75 woohoooo!!!!!! Awesome lady!!! @andreamm31when you do an ERA it is specific to that transfer protocol. So if you are doing a different protocol, Igenomix’s recommendation would be to repeat the ERA with that protocol. Like if you are using different estrogen or Lupron or whatever. I understand my point of view might be controversial but there is very little conclusive research around ERA. And women who have an era solidly say one thing, have also gotten pregnant not following those results with an FET. So it’s so hard to know..... But it has seemed to be the lucky charm for many ladies I know, but many of those ladies have followed it more than once and not had success (this is from mother clan of infertility friends over on Kindara). But most of them still strongly believe in the ERA. Now I’m talking in cirxles I know. I transferred with my ERA results 2 times (pgs tested) with no take home baby. I followed a different protocol (natural) and ignored ERA results for my last transfer that got me my baby. So I’m not saying what to do, just offering up my personal experience. ERA’s also need to be repeated after uterine changes and I had had a dnc after mine so who knows. My last RE very much was against them and woul transfer on a normal timeline regardless of if women had an ERA that said differently and had loads of success. There is some thought that women who have ERA’s that come back with different timing could also have other issues that just make implantation slightly more challenging, and if you are pre receptive vs post (need less progesterone rather than more) that seems to be more critical. Ugh this shit is so hard. I’m sorry for talking in circles, I stressed So So So hard over this shit, I honestly don’t even know what I would do if I was you. I really don’t. But I’m sorry for the stress.
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!
@laurad75- omg amazing betas!! Such a good sign!! I have a horrible headache from the estrogen (I hope) so that’s not helping my covid anxiety

Hi friends! All was good at my sneak peek ultrasound last Friday. I did end up buying a baby doppler which I have not used yet, but will experiment with soon for peace of mind. My anatomy scan is next Wednesday which I am excited for. My cousin, who has helped me through this journey, is an OBGYN in the MFM clinic that is used by my regular OB so she will be doing my anatomy scan and I am just so excited. After the anatomy scan, I think my boyfriend and I will probs do an announcement. But seriously, after every appointment, I think, oh, I'll feel safe enough to announce...and then I don't!
Anyway, 'nuff about me! @ladyp0tter I am so sorry. I know I said it on FB, but all the waiting associated with IF is torturous. I feel for you so hard and I'm rooting for you. Many, many hugs
@andreamm31 I am a little surprised that your other clinic used 1.5ml PIO for your ERA. I think 1ml is pretty standard, unless you have issues with low progesterone. Did you happen to have issues with that? Anyway, I don't know if you have Dr. Dorais, but she was my doc and she is very evidence based. I really wouldn't screw with your protocol without talking with your doc however, if it is a super big issue, just let the clinic know that you are really uncomfortable with your protocol and want to change it. It's your FET! Also I want to come and wave at you and send you a long distance hug while you're here. Who is doing your transfer?
@laurad75 Thrilled for you, lady!!!!!!! So much. Those are some good strong betas and while you're out of the rare steak and wine game for the foreseeable future, you'll get something better in the end.
@JamieH2000 I'm sorry that you don't feel good, but I'm lots of good wishes to your uterus for a good lining. C'mon uterus!!! Go go go!!!!
@Imajin99 Do you have a date yet for your FET? So excited for you!
@lucy1954 Hi! Glad the ultrasound on Friday went well, what week are you in now? I received confirmation that DE should arrive late next week and I go in on Monday for a scan and have already started the estrace as of today. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well and they anticipate a transfer around Nov 10. I am still a bit apprehensive and won't feel confident until the embryos have actually arrived.
@laurad75@c-town18@JamieH2000@hopefuljj@lucyb1954. Thank you ladies for all of your thoughtful and insightful suggestions. So I took you ladies advice and contacted my coordinator and doctor to ask them about my ERA results and the timing issue. I heard back late last night and my coordinator said she was confused because in Prague I used a completely different protocol and they didn't use my ERA results at all and they only used vaginal progesterone. It sounds like they kinda just didn't pay attention to my ERA when they received it/ or just forgot to account for that extra time, but they were completely on board with my getting 144 Hours of progesterone even with the dose being different. So they told me to start at 230pm today with my progesterone....which was exactly what I was planning on doing, so I am sooooo relieved that they agreed and think I should take the extra dose of progesterone.
Also on a side note, the girl we found who also used our donor, has had betas that are appropriately doubling and it just gives me that extra sense of confidence that this donors eggs are magical eggs that is going to get us all the babies we want. I know @ladyp0tter must feel the same way. Gina and I still think that we might have babies around the same time even though she will transfer the month after me because she always goes early with her deliveries and I have never given birth so im more likely to go later, so this way, we could actually have babies on the same day or close!
@laurad75 So excited for you! Such amazing numbers. Hopefully you can stay nice and calm up until the ultrasound.
@lucyb1954 cannot wait to hear about your anatomy scan! And yes, absolutely, I would love to see you. I am transferring at pleasant grove and totally down for a socially distanced meet up. Even if its just for a few minutes. I will probably try to do like a hike or some exploring on Thursday morning (but I definelty do not have to do anything at all. In very ambitious right now haha). then I am getting acupuncture at 1pm, transfer at 230pm, acupuncture after the transfer and then just back to my hotel. Not sure if the hotel has a grassy area where we could meet or something, but let me know your thoughts on FB messenger on what you are thinking. Wednesday, I will be at the hotel in early evening like 5ish I think.
@lmajin99 so amazing that your embryos are finally arriving soon. fingers crossed that you have your transfer soon! November 10th is sooooo close!!! There will be so many of us transferring around the same 1 month window!
@JamieH2000 im so excited you are clear to start. Hopefully your covid test comes back as negative....sounds negative to me as those are not classic covid symptoms. But I totally understand that anxiety and stress it puts on you. Praying it comes back negative and that your lining cooperates!! Also, Ive noticed im getting headaches too and didn't know for sure if it was the estrogen, but I think it sounds like maybe that is what it is since you are having the same issue.

@lucyb1954- so glad the sneak peek looked good! And amazing that your cousin gets to do your scan! I’m sure she will tell you more than the techs usually do. What an exciting happy time for you guys. I was still afraid until my 20 week scan and even after, but try to enjoy this time as much as you can. It’s such a magical time!! And it will fly when you look back!
@andreamm31- so glad you connected with them and they did the ERA timing!! It really should be accurate unless they changed the type of protocol from medicated to stimulated or natural. I don’t think adding in other things like antibiotics or baby aspirin or steroids really effects it. It’s just hours of progesterone... but it’s also not perfect science and people’s bodies change... I have a good feeling for you friend!!!

@c-town18- I’m hoping it was just cause of the high estrogen they hit me with! The headache was gone in about 24 hours... how are you feeling and going?!
AFM- first scan after 6 days of estrogen. Lining was 9.4 and trilameter!! I never get much about 8, so I’m thrilled. I just hope it stays this way since last time it wasn’t super trilameter by the second check. I have 9 more days of estrogen so I hope that’s not too much. @lrynwnab Great news, hopefully they can start you this month. Sorry don't recall if you have a protocol set up and if this is the first time for you.
@laurad75 Yah! This is great news, totally understand you being cautiously optimistic. Have a wonderful hike and the rest of your trip.
@hopefuljj. thank you for clarifying.
@FuzzyDust @lmajin99 thank you for the well wishes.

Back for # 2!
@laurad75- Thinking of you today!

Ugh, even though it's for the best, so disappointing. And you guys were looking forward to meeting up too :-( On a positive note, one of the ladies in my Resolve group had to cancel her transfer due to the same reason and her next transfer was successful!
@andreamm31
My lining never got above 8.6 for my successful transfer, so I think you should be good as long as they get it over 7 mm
@laurad75
Awesome first beta~ FX for doubling on Wednesday! I totally understand the feeling about struggling to get excited at the first pink line --
TW
I had one natural pregnancy (my first BFP) in between IUI and IVF and I was absolutely elated only to find out at my first u/s that things looked bad.
Summer 2015 - no BFP yet, labs normal, referred to RE
Fall 2015 - Summer 2016 - Further testing all normal. 3 IUI's -- BFN. Recommended move to IVF. Planned cycle for fall 2016.
September 2016 - Surprise natural BFP. MMC @ 8 weeks. RE expressed confidence that we just needed the 'right' embryo.
Fall 2016 - Spring 2017 -- Break from TTC
June 2017 - Started IVF; egg retrieval for freeze all cycle. 9 mature eggs retrieved, 5 fertilized. 2 4BB embies on ice.
August 2017 - FET transfer both embies. BFP. Twin pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound. EDD 4/28/18
September 2017 - Twin B stopped developing; Twin A doing perfectly! Graduated from RE @ 10 weeks
March 2018 - Baby Girl born via C/S due to pre-eclampsia -- strong and healthy!
TTC #2
January/Feb 2021 - Freeze-all IVF cycle
March 2021 - FET of 1 PGS normal female embryo. BFP! Beta #1 156, #2 472, #3 1241, #4 5268 EDD 12/5/21 - Christmas baby!
"When all is lost then all is found."

AFM- baseline was today and we are good to go! I had a slight cold and runny nose last week, and I'm just so nervous it was COVID (though i had minimal sore throat, no fever, no cough). So it really likely wasn't covid of course, but my covid test is on tuesday and if somehow it was positive, we are cancelled of course. it sounds irrational... but after everything else that has gone wrong... anyways, keep your fingers crossed for me that my lining grows well since i have had lining issues in the past.

Back for # 2!

Had my covid test and just waiting waiting for what better be negative results there!!
